Research On Emergency Management Of Students In Y College In New Media Era

With the continuous development of information science and technology,people have entered the era of new media.In the new media era,communication is flatter,information spreads faster,and people’s life is greatly improved,but at the same time,it also brings some new problems.For example,with the continuous deepening of the development and application of new media,major changes have taken place in the communication mode and environment of emergencies among college students.However,relevant emergency management in Chinese colleges and universities has not been adjusted and upgraded in time.Due to insufficient attention,management measures cannot cope with the changes of The Times,and the stability of the environment in which colleges and universities are located is also poor.In this study,field interviews,questionnaire surveys and other research methods will be integrated to take the emergency management of students in Y College as a specific case,and on the basis of the six-stage crisis management model and the five-Forces model,the emergency management of college students in the new media era will be studied.In specific study,will be according to the new media era Y college students questionnaire result analysis of emergency management,summed up the Y college students in emergency beforehand,matter and afterwards,some problems of emergency management,with the appropriate reference of advanced experience,on the basis of the theory of six stages of crisis management model and so on,try to Y college puts forward some Suggestions for improvement of administration.Through the full text of the study,it is concluded that in order to improve the emergency management level of Y College students in the new media era,it is necessary to: 1.Deepen the understanding of emergency management in the new media era through multiple channels;2.Second,the use of new media to do a good job in student emergency management;Third,use new media to deal with student emergencies;Fourth,the use of new media to do a good job of student emergencies of the follow-up assessment summary;Fifth,strengthen the construction of emergency management team in the new media era;Sixth,establish a risk assessment mechanism;Seventh,we need to improve the information control mechanism.It is hoped that the research conclusions of this paper can play a promoting role in the emergency management work of Y College,and provide references for other relevant studies.
