| The hidden truancy of postgraduate students is very harmful,which has brought bad effects to students,teachers and colleges.However,the phenomenon of hidden truancy in class has not been paid attention to.Therefore,it is particularly urgent and necessary to study the hidden truancy of postgraduate students.This paper uses literature research method,observation method,questionnaire survey method and interview method to study the problem of implicit truancy of postgraduate students,aiming to understand the current situation of implicit truancy of postgraduate students,analyze the causes of the problem,and then put forward the corresponding prevention and control measures,in order to reduce the phenomenon of implicit truancy of postgraduate students.This paper mainly includes five parts: The first part is the introduction;The second part is the theoretical basis,which discusses the social interdependence theory,free learning theory,self-control theory and teaching quality control theory related to this thesis,so as to provide the corresponding theoretical support for this research.The third part is the current situation of graduate students’ implicit truancy.Through classroom observation,questionnaire survey and interviews with students and teachers,the author understands and analyzes the current situation of graduate students’ implicit truancy.The fourth part analyzes the causes of recessive truancy in postgraduate studies from the perspectives of students,teachers and universities.The fifth part is to put forward the corresponding prevention and control measures for the reasons of graduate students recessive truancy. |
