Abstract/Summary:
The publication of "Made in China 2025",a national strategy document for strengthening the country by manufacturing,puts forward higher requirements for the training quality of information technology and intelligent manufacturing talents in China.On the one hand,in order to successfully realize the development goal of "Made in China 2025",industries and enterprises are in urgent need of a large number of high-quality electronic technical and technical talents;on the other hand,secondary vocational education,as an important base for training such talents,is difficult for its graduates to find satisfactory professional counterparts in the market at this stage,resulting in the current situation that the supply of school talents lags behind the demand of enterprises.The reason is that the content of secondary vocational school students’ study in school is out of touch with the market,and it is common for students to "learn what they don’t use",so secondary vocational school graduates can’t show their own advantages in enterprise recruitment.Only by improving the curriculum content of secondary vocational schools,promoting its connection with enterprise professional standards and production process,and achieving the effect of keeping pace with the times,can we effectively solve the urgent shortage of technical and skilled talents in the human resources market of the new generation of information technology.OBE concept,which is now popular in higher engineering education,focuses on the learning achievements that students can finally achieve through learning,and carries out reverse design on teaching according to it.It is a fundamental change in teaching for traditional teaching that only pays attention to "educational input" but not "educational output",which brings inspiration and inspiration to the teaching reform of secondary vocational courses.Therefore,based on OBE concept,secondary vocational schools can determine students’ learning achievements according to the actual needs of employers,and then reverse the teaching process and activities,so as to ensure the employment competitiveness of secondary vocational school students when they graduate,and lay a solid talent foundation for the realization of the strategic goal of "Made in China 2025".Therefore,this study takes the digital circuit training course,which is an important course to cultivate vocational operation skills of secondary vocational students majoring in electronic technology,as the research object,and designs and practices this course based on OBE concept.Firstly,the connotation,development and practical application of OBE concept are introduced and explained on the basis of existing relevant literature by means of literature analysis.Secondly,through questionnaires and interviews,we know the current situation of digital circuit training teaching in secondary vocational schools and the post ability requirements of electronic technology graduates in secondary vocational schools,find out the problems in practical teaching from the survey results and analyze the causes of the problems,and then define the expected learning results of digital circuit training teaching in secondary vocational schools from the survey results.Thirdly,under the guidance of OBE concept,the expected learning results obtained from the investigation are refined into teaching objectives of knowledge,ability and quality.Around the teaching objectives,the practical digital circuit training content with knowledge points connected is constructed,the mixed teaching mode of "flipping classroom+guiding text" is selected,the multi-teaching evaluation combined with process and finality is carried out,and a closed-loop system of teaching reflection with continuous updating function is formed.Finally,through the educational experiment method,taking "Integrated Training of Combinatorial Logic Circuits" as an example,the new training teaching mode based on OBE concept was compared and practiced in secondary vocational schools.The practice results show that compared with the traditional mode,the new mode of training teaching has greatly improved students’ learning enthusiasm,mastery of training theory and practice,awareness of work responsibility and self-management,and the new mode has been generally recognized and supported by students.Therefore,the new mode of digital circuit comprehensive training teaching in secondary vocational schools based on OBE concept has higher effectiveness and feasibility.
