Faced with the critical period of economic and social transformation in China and the period when the contradiction between labor and capital tends to be more frequent,the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council have placed the construction of harmonious labor relations in a necessary prominent position.With the prevalence of the "996" work model,corporate employees are generally faced with problems such as difficulty in balancing work and life and insufficient motivation for innovation.Previous studies have found that companies that follow the WLB principles tend to exhibit higher levels of innovation and a more harmonious atmosphere of labor-management relations.At the same time,countries that support work-life balance can almost cross the middle-income trap and enter the ranks of developed countries.This article proposes the characteristics of a new type of labor-management relationship based on the WLB principle,encourages companies to value employees ’work-life balance,and supports the needs of employees’ personalized lives to form stable and long-lasting labor-management relationships.Employee participation is the core mechanism of labor-management cooperation,and WLB principles further deepen and consolidate labor-management cooperation relationships by helping employees understand and correctly view the relationship between family and work,alleviating family-work conflicts.At the same time,labor-management cooperation is an important guarantee for the implementation of the WLB principle.The two interact and influence each other to promote a stable and long-lasting labor-management cooperation relationship.Through combing the variables in the related literature in the field of labor-management cooperation,using questionnaire surveys,and using living support and work support as moderating variables,the effect of employee participation on the labor relationship atmosphere was studied.First,this paper designs a questionnaire based on mature scales at home and abroad,issues questionnaires and collects valid data,and puts forward eighteen hypotheses for the relationship between variables based on the existing literature’s variable relationships.Secondly,we use spss22.0 software to carry out reliability and validity analysis,correlation analysis,regression analysis and adjustment analysis on the data,and draw corresponding conclusions on the basis of testing related hypotheses.The research results show that a high level of employee participation mechanism can enhance the atmosphere of labor-management cooperation,and giving employees work and life support will deepen the cooperative relationship between labor and management.Finally,it is recommended that companies should work with employees to resolve work and life conflicts,such as the establishment of a special counseling agency or group within the organization,designing flexible and responsive working methods for employees to choose independently,and organizing related activities to enhance family members Exchanges between them,thereby enhancing family members ’recognition of employees’ work.
