The emergence of a new generation of Internet technology and platform architecture is a revolutionary force that promotes the transformation of traditional middle-aged and old-aged education models and innovation in the middle-aged and oldaged education industry,and promotes the transformation of middle-aged and old-aged education to the direction of education modernization.This research combines cloud service engineering theory and SOA ideas to implement an open,collaborative,and multi-tenant cloud service platform that is characterized by supporting large-scale data storage,elastic scalability,and multi-user and multi-organization efficient and stable operation.Build a service cluster based on cloud computing and big data technology,analyze,design and implement a public facility-based,scalable,multi-party collaborative middle-aged and elderly education service system on the J2 EE development platform,including platform resource management,online classroom,online community,Service models such as education portals and training centers provide the elderly with rich educational resources,teaching content,social networks,skill training,All services are registered,managed,and accessed on the cloud platform.The cloud platform solves the problem of heterogeneity of different educational organizations and the non-sharing of educational resources,improves the utilization rate of educational resources,and implements a new model of "Internet + senior education".This paper does the following specific work:(1)On the basis of SOA theory,a design model of fine-grained service oriented architecture(FGSOA)is proposed.Combine cloud computing technology and FGSOA theory to build a cloud service platform architecture.It is characterized by flexible configuration,low cost,good scalability,and service division with the business field as the boundary.(2)Based on the theory of cloud computing,a cluster resource elastic scaling algorithm based on improve LSTM-Attention is proposed to predict and analyze key cluster load indicators.It can optimize the cluster resources reasonably,realize the elastic expansion and contraction of cluster nodes,and provide support for the smooth operation of the entire cloud service platform.(3)Carrying out relevant research on the theoretical model of middle-aged and elderly education cloud services and FGSOA-based architecture.Design and implement a dynamic distributed file system(DDFS),and achieve storage access to massive data through node replication Features.Design and implement a middle-aged and elderly education service system based on business logic,data types,interface design,etc.Constructed basic services such as education portal,user center,developer system,and data platform.(4)Perform demand analysis and detailed design of the middle-aged and elderly education cloud service platform,and use Visio to establish use case diagrams,structure diagrams,and class diagrams of related business modules.Use Open Stack and other open source technologies to build the entire cloud infrastructure.Built a data platform and data warehouse based on Spark.Through Java Spring Boot and Spring Cloud framework for corresponding business development and deployment testing.Through theoretical research and practical application,it is shown that the middleaged and elderly education service system implemented in this paper can help the middle-aged and elderly to better use the Internet to acquire knowledge,learn life and work skills.Not only enriches the life in old age and improves the quality of life,but also helps them reintegrate into society.Increased their sense of existence and accomplishment in society,and made due contributions to the economic development of society.
