In the circular issued by the State Council on the publication of the Outline for the Construction of a Strong Sports Power,it was proposed that a socialist modern sports power be built in an all-round way by 2050.The outline proposed that sports activities for key population groups should be promoted,including the incorporation of students’ physical health into the assessment system of the government,educational administrative departments and schools;broad-based organizations should carry out national fitness activities;and social sports instructors should be trained to provide guidance services for national fitness.Gradually form a long-term mechanism of national fitness voluntary service,optimize the national fitness organization network and other strategic tasks.means that the social demand for sports talents will be increasing.College students majoring in physical education as the future Basic physical education for young people and the "main force" guiding the development of national fitness,its professional level affects the construction process and quality of socialist modern sports power.However,according to the relevant research results on the study status of college students majoring in physical education in our country,it is found that college students with physical education have serious learning burnout due to their strong professionalism and narrow employment.And mastering the learning psychology of college students is the premise to improve the teaching quality of colleges and universities in an all-round way.Therefore,on the basis of previous scholars’ research,this paper analyzes and induces many factors that affect students’ learning burnout,and then selects the reflection from the perspective of psychology The professional commitment factors of college students’ active learning psychology study the relationship between them and explore their influence path on the learning burnout of sports majors.This study will investigate the learning burnout and professional commitment of college students majoring in physical education in Hubei Province,and explain the relationship between them through data analysis,in order to improve the learning burnout of college students majoring in physical education in Hubei Province and enhance the level of professional commitment.This research tool will use "university students learning burnout scale" and "university students professional commitment scale ",compiled by professor lianrong according to the actual situation of college students in china.Data from the survey are entered and analyzed by software SPSS22.0.Based on the descriptive statistical results oflearning burnout and professional commitment level of physical education college students in Hubei Province,the differences between learning burnout and professional commitment variables were tested,and the relationship between learning burnout and professional commitment was analyzed.Multiple regression analysis was used examine whether the different dimensions of professional commitment have a predictive effect on learning burnout.The results of this study are:(1)There is a certain degree of learning burnout among college students majoring in physical education in Hubei Province,among which improper behavior is the most serious.Learning burnout is different in gender,grade,household residence statistics.(2)Hubei province university physical education major university student professional commitment is in the middle upper level,continues to promise the highest score.There are differences in sex,grade population statistics in professional commitment;there is no significant difference in professional commitment in family residence.(3)There is a significant negative correlation between learning burnout and professional commitment among college students majoring in physical education in Hubei Province,and between each dimension of learning burnout and each dimension of professional commitment.(4)The professional commitment of college students majoring in physical education in Hubei Province has a predictive effect on learning burnout.The three dimensions of emotional commitment,ideal commitment and continuing commitment all have predictive effect on learning burnout,among which emotional commitment has the strongest predictive effect.Finally,based on the above data analysis results,this study from the perspective of improving professional commitment,especially emotional commitment,put forward suggestions and countermeasures to improve the status of learning burnout.Mainly from(1)the student individual should enhance self-regulation and control ability.including rationally setting goals and forming positive self-cognition;participating in social practice and enhancing personal achievement;(2)schools should strengthen policy guidance and style of study.Including building information platform to enhance professional decision-making self-confidence;improve infrastructure and integrate the diversification of educational resources;(3)families should cooperate with positive psychological guidance education including strengthening communication and communication to ease the psychological burden of students;participate in the heart.
