Strengthening The Education Of Marriage And Love View Of Xinjiang Minority College Students

Over the past 40 years of reform and opening-up,tremendous changes have taken place in all aspects of Chinese society,with which people’s ideas and concepts have changed simultaneously.These changes are also reflected in the concept of marriage and love of Minority College students.Ethnic minority college students aged18-23 are becoming more and more mature in their physiological and psychological development.They have some thoughts and attempts on the concept of love and marriage.However,in the actual life process,due to the lack of correct guidance of the concept of love and marriage,when facing various problems in love,often do not know what to do,which has led to some unexpected consequences.Ethnic minority college students are the backbone of building a better Xinjiang.At this important turning point,we need the correct concept of love and marriage as a guide.It is of great significance to the healthy development of Minority College Students’ physical and mental health,the improvement of the subject system of Ideological and political education and the construction of a harmonious socialist society.In order to strengthen the education of the concept of marriage and love among ethnic minority college students,a questionnaire survey was conducted among 658 ethnic minority college students in 6 universities in Xinjiang.The questionnaire was designed from four aspects: the concept of love,spouse selection,sexual concept and marriage and family concept.The results of the questionnaire were analyzed in detail according to gender,grade and origin.In the survey,we found the following problems:vague understanding of love,immature time of love,lack of knowledge of gender differences,lack of ability to coordinate the relationship between all parties;on the one hand,some female students will pay more attention to material issues;on the other hand,they will be more frivolous and rash about gender issues;on the other hand,male chauvinism in marriage and family is serious.The author makes a deep analysis of the causes of the above problems,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures for the education of the concept of marriage and love.The countermeasures include: consolidating the theoretical basis of the education of the concept of marriage and love of Minority College students;adhering to the principle of correct education of the concept of marriage and love;optimizing the educational content of the concept of marriage and love of Minority College students;and constantly optimizing the education of the concept of marriage and love of Minority College students.The path of education is mainly discussed from fouraspects: oneself,family,school and society.All parties work together to help minority college students establish a correct concept of love and marriage and lay a foundation for their happy life in the future.
