“Education is an important cornerstone of national rejuvenation and social progress,the grand plan of the country and the party.” The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly points out that we should speed up the modernization of education,ensure the priority of education development,build an education system that serves the whole people,innovate the teaching methods and methods,so as to provide more personalized and flexible lifelong learning service for the public,and strive to build a learning society.Modern distance open education is a new form of education in recent years.It is developed with the development of modern information network technology.It is a combination of distance education and open education.It has the characteristics of Internet and real-time interaction.Compared with the traditional school education,distance and open education is not only a form of education,but also a reflection of education and teaching ideas.The quality of tutors is an important guarantee for the quality of modern open and distance education.Tutors not only need to participate in the design of students’ learning plan,but also need to seriously and completely answer students’ questions related to the course.They also need to be able to stimulate students’ learning motivation when they have withdrawal psychology,and be able to provide students with teaching information at any time.It can be said that the quality of tutors is an important measure of the teaching quality of open and distance education.Therefore,tutors play an important role in the teaching management of open and distance education,and their responsibilities are very important.Based on this,this paper mainly studies the improvement of tutor’s professional quality from three aspects: firstly,it introduces the background and significance of this research,and sorts out the relevant research literature to clarify the research ideas,methods and process;secondly,from the perspective of micro education,on the basis of the research results of tutors’ professional quality in open and distance education,Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region is put forward As a case study,the radio and Television University of Bortala Mongolia Autonomous Prefecture,as a case study,enters the modern distance open education system.It takes itself as the research object by means of narrative research.It focuses on the analysis of the psychological process and class management methods of the research object.At the same time,it explores the growth of the research object,trying to present the research object as distance education through various analysis Finally,from the personal level and school level of the tutors,the enlightenment and suggestions on the improvement of the professional quality of RTVU tutors are put forward,so as to enrich the career of tutors in open and distance education The theory and practice of quality improvement.
