| In nature,the educational philosophy is the expectation and pursuit of ideal education,and to guide the educational reality through ideal education.This article tries to explore the practical value of individual developments of humans from Marx’s idea of"free personality",and then to provide corresponding theoretical basis and practical approaches for the present education to promote human personality development.This article is mainly composed of four parts:The first part systematically explains the "free personality" of Marxist philosophy.Firstly,the article sorts out the formation of "free personality".Influenced by the philosophers,such as Kant,Hegel,Feuerbach,Stirner and others,Marx’s "free personality" was formed.Secondly,from the articles like "The Difference Between the Democritean and Epicurean Philosophy of Nature" and "Economic Manuscripts of 1856-1857",the development path of Marx’s "free personality" is described.At last,on the basis of totally following the development logic of Marx’s "free personality",the philosophic meaning and its development path of education are demonstrated.The second part illustrates the meaning of "free personality" towards the development of education.And it mainly focuses on three dimensions of value orientation,selection of educational contents and implementation approaches of education.This part starts from the development of "each person","the needs of human","personality development" and "social relations" emphasized by the thought of "free personality",and then talks about education.In detail,this article explains how "free personality",as the highest state of human development,becomes the guide of education value orientation and the reference of the selection of education contents,and how education promotes the development of personalities.In the third part,this article reviews the shortcomings of present education in promoting the development of human "free personality" from three dimensions,namely educational value orientation,selection of educational contents and implementation approaches of education.The article believes that the present education understands humans in a one-sided way,the selection of educational contents is rigid,the approach of education is single,etc.It does not only reveal the fact that people lack deep understanding in the development of "free personality",but also reveals how weak it is to promote the development of human personality through educational reforms.At last,based on the educational value orientation of Marx’s“free personality",possible paths and strategies of educational reforms are proposed.They mainly include the selection of educational value orientation,educational purpose and educational contents,as well as the evaluation methods of education,guarantee system and other aspects.And this article tries to provide some reference for the current educational reform. |
