| At present,our country is moving from a big country to a strong country in postgraduate education,Vice Premier Sun Chunlan pointed out that research should be used as a basic indicator to measure the comprehensive quality of graduate students in the 2020 National Graduate Education Conference,The thesis isn’t only the most representative research result of graduate students,but also the main element for evaluating the quality of graduate students’ cultivation,As a high-level professional talent specially trained for the development of physical education in primary and middle schools in our country,it’s very realistic and necessary to study the cultivation of the publicly funded teacher education master who majors in physical education from the perspective of analyzing the thesis.This research comprehensively uses the literature research,content analysis method,interview method and other research methods,starting from the static text and dynamic writing of the thesis,reveals the current situation of the thesis for the publicly funded teacher education master who majors in physical education and analyzes the reasons affecting the quality of the thesis,aiming to investigate the cultivation of the publicly funded teacher education master who majors in physical education from this perspective,and provide suggestions to promote the improvement of its cultivation quality.conclusion as below:1.The cultivation of the publicly funded teacher education master who majors in physical education is generally closely follow the professional orientation and cultivation objectives of the Master of Education.From the static text,although the four thesis forms of the sports publicly funded teacher education master’s degree thesis have an uneven proportion,such as survey report and experimental report,the thesis theme can all focus on the key issues of "subject teaching and physical education" in the professional field of education master’s degree.2.The lcarning motivation of the publicly funded teacher education master who majors in physical education needs to be strengthened.From the static text,some publicly-funded PE teacher education master’s degree theses have the problems of repetitive topics and single research angles,and low utilization of foreign literature;from the dynamic writing,the investment of the publicly funded teacher education master who majors in physical education is insufficient.3.The guidance of the dual tutors for the publicly funded teacher education master who majors in physical education needs to be strengthened.From the static text,there are some themes of the master’s degree thesis of publicly funded normal education in physical education that are out of basic education practice;from the dynamic writing,the guidance role of off-campus tutors hasn’t been fully exerted,and the timeliness of the guidance of on-campus tutors is slightly insufficient.4.The current teaching and research method courses for publicly funded physical education master’s education aren’t effective,and thesis writing guidance course should be added.From the static text,although the research methods used in the thesis of the publicly funded teacher education master who majors in physical education show diversification in various institutions,the overall use tends to be similar and single;from the dynamic writing,There are some difficulties in literature search,thesis structure and discussion for the publicly funded teacher education master who majors in physical education.5.The cultivation unit should continue to strengthen the on-the-job assessment and on-the-job training of graduate tutors,especially to implement and strengthen the relevant requirements of "tutors are the first responsible person for graduate cultivation".From the static text,some of the master’s degree thesis of publicly funded normal education in physical education have problems such as the format and number of references that don’t meet the national standards,and the content of the homepage is wrong;from the dynamic writing,the mid-term assessment and dual tutor guidance aren’t in place.To this end,this article puts forward four suggestions:make all efforts to promote the improvement of learning motivation for masters in physical education at publicly funded teachers;dual tutors should clarify their own responsibilities and strengthen teacher-student interaction;improve curriculum settings and focus on curriculum effects;To strengthen management and guarantee the quality of cultivation for the publicly funded teacher education master who majors in physical education. |
