The evaluation of education informatization is significant for grasping the differences in the development of education informatization,narrowing the "education digital divide"and promoting the balanced development of education.The evaluation of education informatization usually uses the methods of horizontal comparison and vertical analysis to analyze the evaluation index of the target or assessment area,and draw conclusions on the level of education informatization development,whether there are differences,whether to achieve regional balanced development and so on,providing a basis for scientific decision-making on the development of education informatization.However,the analysis of the specific characteristics of the regional equilibrium in the development of education informatization needs to be deepened in order to improve the strength of promoting the balanced development of education informatization.In order to excavate the value of the evaluation index and analyze the characteristics of regional equilibrium,such as spatial distribution characteristics and spatial trend characteristics of educational informatization development in primary and secondary schools,we integrated the spatial analysis theory and Standard Deviational Ellipse model with the evaluation of education informatization to study the analysis method of spatial equilibrium of the development of education informatization.We constructed the index framework,analysis indicators and overall structure of spatial equilibrium analysis of education informatization development and designed the processes of collection and spatialization processing of education informatization evaluation data,the processes of analysis of spatial equilibrium of education informatization development based on Standard Deviational Ellipse,and the processes of optimization strategies for spatial equilibrium of education informatization development.In addition,we used PHP,HTML,CSS,JavaScript,SQL and other programming languages to design and develop a spatial equilibrium index map system for the development of educational informatization based on Cesium,a three-dimensional space scene.Based on the ArcGIS 10.6 spatial analysis platform,we conducted an experimental analysis on the existing education informatization evaluation data of the digital campus demonstration schools in H Province from 2017 to 2019 and then visualized the experimental data and analysis results spatially in the index map system designed and developed in this study.The experimental results showed that the spatial distribution center of digital campus demonstration schools moved from southeast to northwest to northeast,and gradually approached the spatial distribution center of primary and middle schools in the whole province.The spatial distribution was relatively balanced.The spatial distribution direction of digital campus demonstration schools was obvious,showing a southeast to northwest trend,and gradually converged with the distribution direction of primary and secondary schools in the province,and the rationality of spatial distribution was increasing year by year.The spatial aggregation degree of digital campus demonstration schools was higher than that of primary and secondary schools in the whole province,and the spatial distribution balance degree needed to be further improved.The spatial equilibrium analysis method and index map system of education informatization development has been successfully applied in the experiment,and realized the integration and data linkage of the spatial equilibrium analysis and spatial visualization technology of education informatization development,which can serve as a method and visualization tool of education informatization evaluation index excavation and education informatization development balance analysis.
