A Study On Strategies Of Coping With Campus Violence In The Internet Era-based On The Perspective Of 4R Theory

The Internet era accelerates the dissemination of information data,the interflow terrace between teachers and students,between students,universities and the outside world is also gradually diversified,a wide range of network social platforms to accelerate the dissemination of information,a lot of campus violence is in these "secret corner" gradually fermented to the outbreak.In recent years,a series of campus violence incidents have endangered the lives and mental health of college students and hindered the construction of safe campus.The problems of crisis management and safety management caused by campus violence in colleges and universities have attracted more and more attention in China.School is the first scene of school violence,but also the main force to deal with the problem of school violence needs to be based on the field of school discussion.First of all,This paper obtains the basic situation of campus violence in colleges and universities through questionnaire survey and research,and then analyzes two real cases of dealing with campus violence crisis events,and summarizes the main problems existing in dealing with campus violence in colleges and universities.The main problems are as follows: College administrators crisis consciousness is weak,the college students’ prevention capacity is not strong,the teacher to student’s care enough,publicity and education work is not in place,the risk identification mechanism is slightly rough,low communication efficiency and release progress and not timely processing results,information transmission delay,evidence collection is not comprehensive,follow-up counseling is not in place of the victim.The causes of the problems include the personal reasons of college students,the characteristics of campus violence incidents in the Internet era,and the management of colleges and universities.Finally,combining the reality of our country and learning from the advanced experience of foreign countries,this paper discusses the measures to improve campus safety management.The stage of risk prevention and emergency preparedness: strengthen the awareness of crisis prevention of managers,strengthen the rational education of college students,give play to the positive function of the school field,regularly carry out the simulation and exercise of campus violence incidents,build an intelligent environment for safety management,build an online communication platform,and construct professional and some effective plans;Confirm the crisis stage: introduce the scientific risk assessment system and build the Internet + campus security micro-emergency platform;Crisis control stage: strengthen the coordination and linkage of the campus organization,guide the network opinion leaders to speak actively,and strengthen the coordination ability of media and school;To solve the crisis stage: establish a college bullying management committee to quickly respond and solve the problem;Crisis recovery stage: establish crisis recovery intervention team,improve the campus dispute mediation system,and establish dynamic and rigorous accountability mechanism.
