With the continuous promotion of rural education reform and the continuous attention of the academic circles in rural education,rural teachers,as an important part of rural education,are the key to determine whether the rural education series reform can be smoothly promoted and whether it has been effective.From the perspective of educational sociology,rural teachers are not only the end workers of education extension,but also the important forces to promote the development of rural society,politics and culture as rural intellectuals and new rural virtuous.However,due to the impact of market economy and the frame of system,the original public gene quality of rural teachers has been covered.There are different opinions on whether the public nature of rural teachers can return to the real and burden the responsibility of public intellectuals.This study starts with the review of the theory of public and the public representation that rural teachers have,and makes a attribution to the phenomenon of public nature of rural teachers.Finally,it points out the generating conditions and Reconstruction Path of rural teachers’ public return,and provides a mirror for the quality and the proper role orientation of rural teachers in rural education reform.It is the method of this study to see the actual situation,to critically reflect and to get the right solution with the theory construction,and to rebuild the public nature of rural teachers is also the conclusion in the feedback of reality.The general argument in this study is that the public response of rural teachers is beneficial to the development of rural education.The process of discussion is that the public has played a positive role in the development of rural teachers,why the public nature of rural teachers is eliminated,the public response of rural teachers has its feasible path,how can rural teachers actually achieve from their own aspects Now,we have broken through and returned to the public nature and become the public intellectuals who are expected to return to the public.The reasons for the disappearance of rural teachers’ public nature are carried out from three dimensions:first,the system level,the limitation of rural teachers’ Ideological and behavioral constraints originates from the hierarchical rhythm of public schools,the concept of rural teachers is suspended;the second is the market economy,the utilitarianism and the psychology of leaving the countryside accelerate the rural teachers to become the "marginal people" in the local society;thirdly,the specialization level,the rural teachers The critical spirit and humanistic feelings of rural teachers are restricted;fourthly,the rural teachers themselves are confused by the above factors,which makes it difficult to take into account the public quality that intellectuals should keep.The paper discusses the dual conditions of rural teachers’public return from the main body and social background.The first is that rural teachers need to integrate and reconstruct the concept of self space-time,regain critical consciousness and self enlightenment;second,in the aspect of social background,change the ideology of discourse and reform the educational administrative system.Through the internal and external linkage,the significance space of rural teachers’ fault is closed,which can provide a scene for rural teachers to wake up their own public and play the role of public.Finally,the path of rural teachers’ public reconstruction is explored,and the balance between the professionalization and publicity of rural teachers’ development is explored.It is pointed out that rural teachers need to maintain the quality and spirit support of truth,the enhancement of professional ethics and the equal relationship between creation and students to form a fine classroom micro ecology of sanding landscape. |
