With the continuous development and promotion of badminton in China,children’s badminton has been carried out rapidly in various provinces and cities,but from the perspective of children’s badminton competition,the overall technical level is not stable.During working in Shangqiu youth badminton training base,there are some new discoveries and problems in children’s Badminton Athletes’ step training and children’s badminton competition,such as the improper step in the middle of the movement,slow start,inconsistent movement speed and rotation consistency,poor flexibility,too large fluctuation of the center of gravity and unstable hitting point,The ability of handling the ball in the movement is weak,especially in the game.After thinking about these problems,this paper puts forward that the influence of low gravity pace training on the sensitivity and stability of mobile lifting and rubbing technology of 9-11 years old badminton players is studied and explored,hoping to find out effective solutions,and provide reference for teachers and coaches in teaching in the future.This paper adopts the methods of literature research,expert interview,observation,mathematical statistics and experiment.The experiment was conducted on 12 9-11 year old badminton players in the Badminton Club Badminton Club in Shangqiu City.The experimental group was randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The experimental group was trained with low center of gravity pace,and the control group was trained regularly for 8 weeks.The following conclusions are drawn after the experiment:This paper adopts the methods of literature research,expert interview,observation,mathematical statistics and experiment.Twelve athletes aged 9-11 from the badminton team of Shangqiu Youth Badminton Club were selected as experimental subjects and divided into experimental group and control group.The experimental group was trained with low center of gravity and the control group was trained with routine training for 8 weeks.The following conclusions are drawn after the experiment:1.Before the experiment,the body shape test data of the experimental group and the control group were tested by independent samples,P>0.05.There was no significant difference in the body shape of the experimental subjects,and the experiment was operable.2.There was no significant difference in M-type running and T-type running(P>0.05);There was significant difference in Z-shape running(P<0.05);Illinois running P<0.01,with very significant difference.There was no significant difference in T-type running in the control group(P>0.05);There were significant differences in M-type running,Z-type running and Illinois running(0.01<p<0.05).3.After the experiment,the test indexes of the whole field moving random hanging and rubbing technology in the experimental group changed significantly(P<0.01),and the other two test indexes changed significantly(0.01<p<0.05);The technical stability test index of the control group was 0.01<p<0.05,with significant changes.In these two projects,the low center of gravity pace training method is better than the conventional training method,and the difference is more obvious.4.After the experiment,the experimental group played more stably in the competition,and the technical action coherence and consistency were better,and the results obtained were significantly better than those of the control group.Therefore,low gravity step training has a certain impact on badminton competition and has an obvious effect on the improvement of comprehensive ability.Therefore,the low center of gravity step training method plays a very important role in the sensitivity and stability of hanging and rubbing technology of 9-11-year-old badminton players.Compared with the traditional training method,the low center of gravity step training method is more effective.I hope the low center of gravity step training method can be helpful to the future youth and children’s badminton training.
