| As a classic issue of economic research,industrial agglomeration has always been a hot topic for scholars to study high-quality economic development.The traditional research direction mainly focuses on manufacturing agglomeration.Through theoretical mechanism analysis and empirical research on the factors affecting industrial agglomeration,we can deeply understand how industrial agglomeration is formed and operated.With China’s economic development entering a stable period,significant changes have taken place in the demand side,resulting in changes in the industrial structure.Therefore,the focus of the research is gradually shifting from manufacturing agglomeration to producer services agglomeration with the tertiary industry as the main industry.As one of the most important factors influencing industrial development and change,human capital is the research focus of most scientists In the However,all literature in Germany and abroad has been established,that most studies on the effects of human capital on industrial agglomeration tend to study human capital as a whole and thus the heterogeneity of human capital,Ignore.On This paper analyses the impact of heterogeneous human capital on the production of services.Based on the existing literature,this paper divides the heterogeneous human capital into educational human capital with educational factors as the core,professional human capital with professional production technology as the core and healthy human capital with health factors as the core.This paper tries to study the role of human capital in the agglomeration of producer services from the perspective of these three different human capital,in addition,the fixed effect model is used to analyze 241 cities in China from 2008 to 2017.The results show that: 1.On the whole,educational human capital has a significant role in promoting the agglomeration of producer services.Whether in the East,central or west,educational human capital determines the keynote of industrial development in the region.2.The professional production technology and innovation ability of professional human capital is the core force to promote the development of producer services.3.Health human capital has little effect on producer services agglomeration in the short term.Further analysis on the industry level shows that: 1.The agglomeration of heterogeneous human capital on the transportation,warehousing,post and telecommunications industry is not significant,which is mainly due to the high demand for infrastructure in the industry.When the corresponding hardware is improved,the promotion effect of human capital on the industry is diluted by the huge investment in fixed assets.2.The three types of heterogeneous human capital have obvious promoting effects on information transmission,computer services and software industry agglomeration.3.For the financial industry,educational human capital has a positive effect on the agglomeration effect,but professional human capital and health human capital have no significant effect on the agglomeration of the financial industry,which may be due to the industry characteristics of the financial industry.4.Heterogeneous human capital has a weak impact on the agglomeration of leasing and business services,which may be due to the fact that most of the leasing industry is dominated by entity leasing,and the expenditure of entity leasing accounts for the main part of the industry expenditure.5.Educational human capital has a significant role in promoting scientific research,technical services and geological exploration.As scientific research,technical services and geological exploration are high-tech intensive service industries,the improvement of education level will accelerate the development of the industry. |
