Research On The Model Of Cooperative Governance Mechanism In Internet Education

Since the 2020 COVID-19,the Internet education industry has begun to develop rapidly.In the process of rapid development of the industry,problems such as incomplete education qualification,vulgar content,damage to consumers’ rights and intellectual property have become prominent.Due to many related subjects,wide range of area,the difficulty of obtaining resources,and the difficulty of technology,it is more and more difficult for the traditional governance model to play an effective role.Collaborative governance model has become the only choice for Internet education governance.This paper puts forward the model of cooperative governance mechanism in Internet education based on the comprehensive model of collaborative governance by literature research method and case study method.Taking the model of cooperative governance mechanism in Internet education as the analysis framework,this paper studys relevant cases and analyzes current situation and existing problems of the model of cooperative governance mechanism in Internet education from three aspects:the leading coordination mechanism,the subjectivity coordination mechanism and the guarantee coordination mechanism,then concludes suggestions to improve the collaborative governance mechanism of Internet education,including improving the leading coordination mechanism(improving the thought coordination mechanism,optimizing the goal coordination mechanism),completing the subjective coordination mechanism(strengthening the rule coordination mechanism,implementing the power and responsibility coordination mechanism,and supplementing the interest coordination mechanism),and optimizing the guarantee coordination mechanism(improving the organization coordination mechanism,establishing the supervision coordination mechanism).
