| As an important content of their physical and mental health,college students’ life satisfaction has attracted more and more attention from various educational organizations and scholars at home and abroad.Minority college students living in mainstream cultural backgrounds have different cultural values,and their life satisfaction is closely related to positive psychological capital and ethnic cultural elements.Paying attention to the psychological state and life satisfaction of ethnic minority college students is of great significance to their physical and mental health,interpersonal harmony,self-development,and even social harmony and stability.Therefore,this study takes Chinese Korean college students as the research object to explore the relationship between positive psychological capital,ethnic identity and life satisfaction,especially the role of ethnic identity as a cultural factor in the relationship between positive psychological capital and life satisfaction.Finally,from the perspective of management,it puts forward suggestions for all relevant subjects to help college students accumulate positive psychological capital and improve life satisfaction.Through reviewing previous literature and based on the theory of social identity,we constructed positive psychological capital(including hope,optimism,self-efficacy and resilience)as independent variables,and life satisfaction(including family,school,friends,living environment,and self satisfaction,)is the dependent variable,ethnic identity(including positive ethnic attitudes and sense of belonging,ethnic behaviors or practices,ethnic identity achievement)is the research model of the moderating variable,and the research hypothesis is put forward;through rigorous questionnaire design and survey,Using SPSS 23.0 statistical analysis software to perform descriptive statistical analysis,reliability and validity analysis,difference analysis,correlation analysis and hypothesis test on 584 valid data.The results of the hypothesis test are:(1)Positive psychological capital has a significant positive impact on life satisfaction: optimism-family satisfaction,hope & optimism-friend satisfaction,positive psychological capital--school satisfaction,resilience & optimism-life environment satisfaction,hope &optimism-self-satisfaction and other relationships.(2)Ethnic identity has a partial moderating effect on the relationship between positive psychological capital and life satisfaction: Positive ethnic attitudes and sense of belonging can regulate self-efficacy-family satisfaction,hope-school satisfaction,resilience-school satisfaction,hope-life environment satisfaction,optimism-life satisfaction and other five relationships;ethnic behaviors or practices can regulate self-efficacy-friend satisfaction,self-efficacy-school satisfaction,resilience-school satisfaction and other three relationships;ethnic identity achievement can regulate self-efficacy-friend satisfaction,self-efficacy-school satisfaction and other two relationships.Finally,an in-depth discussion of the results of the hypothesis test was carried out,and enlightenment on the improvement of life satisfaction from the five levels of family,friends,school,living environment,and self was presented.From the four aspects of society,school,family,and college students themselves,it provides enlightenment to the promotion of college students’ sense of national identity,so that ethnic minority college students can devote themselves to their own learning and social contributions with a healthy mental state and a positive attitude towards life. |
