Research On The Present Situation And Development Path Of Training Young Competitive Basketball Reserve Talents In Shandong Province

Youth basketball is the basic element of competitive basketball.The training of reserve talents of young competitive basketball directly determines the future development level of competitive basketball in China.In this paper,literature review,expert interview,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics,field investigation and other research methods are used to investigate and analyze the current situation of the training of young competitive basketball reserve talents in Shandong Province,so as to grasp the actual situation of the training of young competitive basketball reserve talents in Shandong Province,put forward the optimization measures for the training of related reserve talents,explore the development path of the training of young competitive basketball reserve talents in Shandong Province,and provide theoretical basis and implementation for the sustainable development of the training of young competitive basketball reserve talents in Shandong Province.The results show that:(1).At present,the training of reserve talents of young competitive basketball in Shandong Province relies on the training mode of "combination of sports and education" adopted by various sports schools in Shandong Province,and the school-running form is mainly "three concentration".However,the degree of "combination of sports and education" varies among sports schools in Shandong Province,and the combination of sports and education in most sports schools stays on the surface,which does not really realize the combination of sports department and education department,and the problem of conflict between learning and training still exists.(2).At present,the selection of young competitive basketball reserve talents in Shandong Province generally lacks the test of physiological function,psychology and other indicators,and the selection is not scientific;In addition,due to the contradiction between study and training,the enrollment of sports schools in Shandong Province is not competitive and difficult,and the situation of students is not optimistic;As for the export of reserve talents,the reserve talents of youth competitive basketball in Shandong Province are mainly transported to universities and professional sports teams.The imperfect transport mechanism of reserve talents leads to the loss of some talents,and the problem of the way out for reserve talents still exists.(3).At present,basketball coaches in sports schools in Shandong Province are mainly junior and intermediate coaches,and their age structure and educational background structure are relatively reasonable.Coaches can basically make training plans according to the requirements of the Training Outline,and the training contents are arranged reasonably,and the application of training methods and means is relatively rich.However,the lack of training opportunities,lack of sports experience and heavy work tasks restrict the development of coaches’ coaching level.In addition,the training of coaches’ scientific research ability is not paid enough attention.(4).At present,the basketball competitions that the reserve talents of young competitive basketball in Shandong Province can participate in mostly adopt the competition system.The competition system is single,and the competition arrangement is concentrated.There are few games and poor combination of sports and education,which leads to certain restrictions on the reserve talents’ participation in basketball competitions and their inability to participate in basketball competitions organized by the education system.(5).At present,the funding source of training reserve talents of youth competitive basketball in Shandong Province is relatively simple,mainly relying on administrative appropriation,and the funding input is insufficient;Moreover,the venues and facilities for training reserve talents of youth competitive basketball in Shandong Province are relatively poor,the indoor venues are inadequate,and the training facilities are old,which can not meet the needs of training reserve talents;In addition,at present,the situation of sports medical insurance for training young competitive basketball reserve talents in Shandong Province is not optimistic,and there is a general lack of sports medical insurance.
