| As the work of campus football enters the“2.0 era”,in order to solidly promote the construction of the “eight major systems”of campus football,the focus of popularization has been further shifted downward,and football sports have been actively extended to kindergartens.In March 2019,the Ministry of Education decided to carry out the construction of national football featured kindergartens,which is a key step in the downward extension of the focus of school football work,and also an effective measure to realize the important instruction that“football should be started from children”.This article takes Chengdu football characteristic kindergarten as the research object,using literature,field surveys,case studies,SWOT analysis and other methods,take the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats in the development of football characteristic kindergartens in Chengdu as the starting point to analyze,Explore the outstanding experience that can be used for reference in the development of its characteristics and discover the existing problems,and discuss and analyze the problems to propose development strategies.The research results show that:1.The main strengths of the development of football featured kindergartens in Chengdu include: football sports own strengths;Strengths of key cities in China’s football reform;Football cultural atmosphere strengths;Strengths of forward-looking trials.2.The main weaknesses of the development of Chengdu football characteristic kindergartens are: the shortage of professional teachers;the limited construction of venues and facilities;and the insufficient guarantee of special funds.3.The development opportunities that can be used by Chengdu football characteristic kindergartens are: national policy support;people’s attention;social football boom.4.The development threats that Chengdu football-characteristic kindergartens need to deal with are: traditional concepts;deviation of consciousness positioning;and the diversion of other sports.5.The four strategies for the development of football characteristic kindergartens in Chengdu under the matrix analysis are : relying on internal strengths and using external opportunities for SO growth strategy;relying on internal strengths to deal with external threats of ST multiple strategies;overcoming internal weaknesses and using external opportunities for WO reversing strategy;WT defensive strategy to overcome internal weaknesses and deal with external threats.6.The main features of Chengdu football features kindergarten construction are:wide construction coverage and reasonable regional distribution;there are many types of kindergartens;make full use of the professional advantages of retired athletes and give play to the power of role models;pay attention to the construction of children’s football culture and extensively develop children’s football Activities to form a good cultural atmosphere;to incorporate the infant football curriculum into the construction of the kindergarten-based curriculum,and gradually form a characteristic study of infant football topics.According to the analysis results,this article puts forward a development strategy for Chengdu football characteristic kindergartens: 1.Improve the selection system and improve the selection and evaluation system of football-characteristic kindergartens;2.Enrich curriculum resources and increase the promotion and popularization of online courses;3.Clarify the training goals and correctly position the development goals of football-characteristic kindergartens;4.Strengthen the training of teachers and improve the professional competence of teachers in football-characteristic kindergartens;5.Focus on curriculum construction and enrich the content and forms of teaching activities in football-characteristic kindergartens;6.Focus on cultural construction and create a strong environment for the kindergarten with football characteristics;7.Optimize the construction of the venue to ensure the quality of football activities in the kindergartens with football characteristics;8.Strengthen management and reduce the hidden dangers of the development of children’s football activities;9.Strengthen publicity Strengthen the social influence of football-characteristic kindergartens;10.Increase capital investment and broaden the source of funds for football-characteristic kindergartens. |
