Research On Life-oriented Ideological And Political Education In Higher Vocational Colleges

With the strong support of Communist Party of China and our country,although higher vocational education started late,it has occupied half of China’s higher education,regardless of the scale of education or the number of students.From the perspective of talent training objectives of higher vocational education,higher vocational colleges should not only train "Great Country Craftsmen" with excellent skills for regional development,but also start with ideological and political education to comprehensively improve students’ moral quality and humanistic quality.After entering the new era,the main social contradictions in our country have changed,and people pay more and more attention to the pursuit of a better life,which points out the way forward for improving ideological and political education.Life-oriented ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges is a dynamic process which takes higher vocational college students as the main body,takes life as the logical starting point,carries out educational activities through life,integrating ideological and political education into life in an all-round way,promoting the all-round development of higher vocational college students.The dynamic process has the characteristics of human nature,liveliness,occupation and practicality.Through empirical investigation and research,it is concluded that the overall situation of ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges is improving.However,because higher vocational colleges do not attach great importance to ideological and political education,educators do not have a good grasp of the concept of life,and higher vocational students do not respond enough to life,coupled with the infection of negative values which result in higher vocational colleges in the process of promoting the life of ideological and political education problems.Therefore,in the process of promoting the life-oriented of ideological and political education,higher vocational colleges should give play to the construction of "Double Subjects",give play to the guiding role of ideological and political educators,cultivate the subjective consciousness of higher vocational college students;construct a life-oriented educational goal based on real life and combining the actual ideological level of college students;draw materials from life and expand the content of life-oriented education with higher vocational characteristics;use the language of livelihood to change the way of discourse,carry out practical exercise based on the life experience,use the mobile phone APP carrier to promote the life of the life-oriented model of network ideological and political education,optimize the campus living environment of the combination of schools and enterprises,create a family living environment of family-school co-education,and create a social living environment of school-society interaction,integrate ideological and political education into the various living fields of college students.Promoting the life of ideological and political education is the trend of innovating the ideological and political education of higher vocational colleges,it is also the realistic need to promote the high-quality development of higher vocational education and it is also an effective way to improve the ideological and moral quality of higher vocational college students and achieve the free and all-round development of higher vocational college students.
