| After strictly enforced in the family planning policy in China,the recommended to have fewer eugenics content such as though to effectively control the population growth,slow down the rapid population growth could lead to a series of problems at the time,but also make our country from a demographic dividend gradually into the low fertility countries club,and severe population problem and social problem.In order to cope with the challenges brought by the trend of negative population growth,China began to gradually open the birth control policy.In 2011,2013 and 2016,China launched the policy of "two children if only one parent can have two children","two children if only one parent can have two children" and "two children if only one parent can have two children" respectively.However,the policy implementation effect is not good.Surveys show that although China’s fertility rate increased in the first two years after the implementation of the universal two-child policy,it still falls far short of the expected level.The main reason is that the employment guarantee mechanism of postpartum women is not perfect,and rebirth will lead to more discrimination in the process of postpartum women returning to work.Along with the social progress and economic development,women employment concept began to change,choice of employment gradually diversified,and from employers,employees and customers in the labor market of employment discrimination,from the conflict between work and family life,the lack of public services in the society,imperfect legal factors undoubtedly exacerbated the postpartum women employment predicament,which affect the fertility intentions.This paper selects three regions in the central,northern and southern parts of Shanxi Province,and analyzes the current situation of rebirth desire of postpartum women with different characteristics by sending questionnaires to the postpartum women in this region.The results show that the older the postpartum women,the higher the education level,the more the number of children,and the higher the prenatal position,the lower the current rebirth desire of postpartum women.Secondly,the factors influencing women’s willingness to rebirth after childbirth are analyzed from the aspects of family,fertility security,public service,employment equity and law.The results show that satisfaction with employment equity security has the most significant impact on women’s willingness to rebirth.Rebirth will cause postpartum women to face the negative effects of employment discrimination,career downward development and unequal treatment in the process of returning to the labor market.Therefore,in order to avoid the problem that the satisfaction factor of employment security leads to the weak desire of postpartum women to rebirth,relevant policy suggestions are put forward according to the existing dissatisfaction factors,so as to improve the mechanism of postpartum women’s employment security,and then promote the rebirth of postpartum women.Shanxi Province in the low fertility,calendar year overall fertility rates below the national average,while the samples are not sufficient to represent the status quo,but for other low fertility on improve postpartum women employment security research has certain theoretical significance,also for our country to realize sustainable development of population,has a certain practical significance to solve the social problems. |
