In recent years,more and more social organizations have participated in the field of employment assistance services for the disabled,and social work professional services have contributed to the employment of the disabled.However,in the process of specific services,even if some disabled people have received employment assistance services,it is still difficult for them to obtain employment smoothly.The high rate of employment failure and the lack of stability are the problems faced by some disabled people receiving services.So,are these problems related to the content and mode of employment assistance services?What kind of practical strategies should the disabled adopt when receiving services?Based on this,this study selects the theme of employment assistance services for the disabled,and describes the employment assistance services of L social work institutions by using case study method,interview method and participation observation method,mainly focusing on the three levels of "service content","service mode" and "service effect".At the same time,under the guidance of Bourdieu’s Practical Sociology Theory,this study comprehensively analyzes the habits and practical strategies of interviewees in the service field and analyzes the causes of the interviewees’ employment results.The study found that the employment assistance services for the disabled mainly include three parts:cognitive training,vocational skills training,and employment resources link.The service is mainly carried out through three ways:discipline management,case counseling and group training.In the field of employment assistance services,there are several different employment results:The interviewees’ good habits and positive practical strategies form the positive result of "High employment success rate",However,the bad habits of interviewees such as cognitive bias and behavior dependence of interviewees form the negative results of"employment adaptability bias" and "poor career stability".Generally speaking,the employment results of most interviewees are negative.It is found that there may be some problems such as the lack of subjectivity in employment practice and the lack of self reflection in the field structure of employment assistance service.The enlightenment of the above research results for social work is that we can introduce the perspective of social practice theory to reflect and improve the employment assistance service for the disabled.Through the optimization of service content and adjustment of service mode,we can help the disabled to weaken their dependence habits,abandon the bad habits,and stimulate the subjectivity and reflection of their employment practice,so as to maximize the effectiveness of employment assistance services.
