| With the development of society,the development of science and technology,China ’s demand for vocational and technical talents is increasing day by day,and vocational education is receiving increasing attention from the country.As an important branch of vocational education,under the guidance of the employment-oriented policy,",Light humanities," the shortcomings of low literacy of students in secondary vocational schools are increasingly exposed,affecting their employment and development,and strengthening humanistic education has become an important trend in the development of contemporary vocational education.The purpose of this article is to analyze the current status of humanistic literacy in contemporary secondary vocational schools through surveys,summarize the problems in the current status of humanistic literacy in secondary vocational school students,analyze the causes,and finally propose specific measures to improve the humanistic literacy in secondary vocational school students.The colleges and universities should provide reference for strengthening students’ humanistic education.In this study,questionnaire surveys and interview records were conducted for students and some teachers in secondary vocational schools using the methods of literature,questionnaires,and interviews.The current status of the students ’humanistic literacy,the setting of humanities courses,the school’s humanistic environment,and teachers’ teaching methods were respectively used.The analysis of the status quo of the humanistic literacy survey found that secondary vocational school students have a low overall level of humanistic literacy,lack of humanistic knowledge of students,more unhealthy human behaviors,humanistic thinking and humanistic spirit need to be strengthened,and secondary vocational schools have Cultivate problems with little effect.The causes are multi-faceted.Through the analysis of problems and causes,we propose targeted countermeasures: optimizing curriculum,innovating teaching methods,strengthening humanistic reading,and consolidating humanistic knowledge;attaching importance to traditional culture,improving teacher literacy,inheriting and speaking the traditional virtues of the Chinese nation,and fostering humanistic thinking and humanities Spirit;feel the humanistic value and charm,use the school class management system,improve the performance evaluation system,and revise humanistic behavior;establish a people-oriented schooling philosophy,create a strong campus atmosphere,strengthen home-school cooperation links,and improve the school’s humanistic quality cultivation effect. |
