| This research is a phenomenological pedagogy research which aims to reveal the comprehensible knowledge about faculty-student communication through “reduction”.This study carries out the research on faculty-student communication in the changing context and dynamic process,which takes students’ pre-concept and pre-reflection experiences as the research materials and describes the experience in a “poetic” language with the hermeneutic experience of “prejudice” and “preconception” to gradually reveal the meanings of faculty-student communication and to discover another possible existing way of faculty-student communication.Students’ experiences are mainly presented in three parts: “completeness and harmony”,“absence and presence” and “judgment on people”.Students experience time,space and others in the faculty-student communication.The meanings of faculty-student communication include: communication is compensation,and communication is imagination.faculty-student communication is the compensation of the teacher-student communication in childhood,which is of no return,the compensation for parent-child communication that is far away and the compensation for the difficulty in meeting up with spiritual master in social communication;student creates faculty-student communication in imagination,while freedom imagination only occurs when feeling loneliness.Among them,compensatory communication is practical,which represents the social intention of faculty-student communication,and what students experience in the communication is pleasure;imagination is non-practical,which represents the individual intention of faculty-student communication,and what students experience in the communication is aesthetic feeling.Compensation and imagination are the necessary components of the faculty-student communication.Imaginary communication is a higher-level communication.In imaginary communication,the aesthetic feeling experienced by students is untrammeled,creative and higher pleasure.From the perspective of students,the relationship between faculties and students in the compensatory communication is the “subject-object”.The imaginary relationship between faculties and students is the “harmony of things and me”.The ultimate pursuit of faculty-student communication is to become a holistic person.Play is the ideal way for the faculty-student communication.In the playing communication,students’ joviality come from self-knowledge,growth,harmony,liberty,self-discipline and integrity. |
