| With the in-depth development of economic globalization,social informatization,and cultural diversification,the young people who are exposed to it are in the prime stage of the formation and development of values.Their own physiology and psychology are still immature,and they are easily affected by external factors.That values education is facing a lot of new situations and tasks.At present,one of the important reasons for the lack of effectiveness and poor results in the education of Chinese youth values is the lack of attention to the student experience in the education process.The talent training mechanism of Israel’s education-based nation is very typical.It attaches great importance to education,especially the value education of young people.Among them,the "Key Educational Experience Theory" is proposed to provide important experience and brand-new ideas for the innovation of value education theory.The "Israeli Journey" practical activity designed with this theory as it has significant advantages in terms of the effectiveness of value education and is worthwhile in-depth research for us,and hope to provide useful reference for our youth’s experiential values education.This paper mainly focuses on the study of Key Education Experience Theory and its value education practice in Israel.It uses literature and multidisciplinary research methods to conduct in-depth analysis and research on Key Education Experience Theory and its practical application which made useful enlightenment and experience of youth values education.This paper is divided into five parts,simultaneously the specific content is summarized as follows:The introduction part is including the research background,literature review and significance of the research.First of all,this section expounds the importance and necessity of studying youth value education,and the reference of Key Educational Experience Theory and value education practice,and analyzes the research origin and related issues of this article.Secondly,a comprehensive and systematic review of the current research status of Key Educational Experience Theory and Israeli value education practices by academic circles at home and abroad,based on this,to comprehensively understand and grasp the current overall state of research on related issues.The first chapter clarifies the basis of research.This section first defines the basic concepts of experience,values and value education.Based on this,it deeply analyzes the premise and basic issue of "the internal relationship between experience and value education ",which is laid the foundation for the study of Key Educational Experience Theory and its practical application in Israeli value education.The second chapter is the determination of connotation.This section mainly explains the theoretical source and research basis of the construction of the Key Education Experience Theory,analyzes and grasps the inner essence of the key Education Experience in depth,and focuses on answering the questions of how the key education experience theory raised.The third chapter is application analysis.This section focuses on the analysis of the application of Key Educational Experience Theory in the practice of Israeli values ??education.It is mainly based on the analysis of the practical design,activity content,prominent features,and educational nature of the typical case of "The Israeli Journey" to reveal its values.This focuses on clarifying how the Key Educational Experience Theory is applied.The fourth chapter is rational reflection.This section is mainly to rationally review the Key Educational Experience Theory and its practical application,dig out its beneficial experience and reflect on its limitations,in order to provide new ideas for the value education of our youth.Therefore,this chapter focuses on how to draw lessons from the Key Educational Experience Theory and its applications. |
