Education and training agency is the supplement of school education.It is still in its infancy with bad standardization.Due to their profit-seeking,teaching and training enterprises pay more attention to short-term income,ignoring the essence of the industry is to impart knowledge and services and resulting in a downward trend in its quality of teaching and service.For listed enterprises,how to maintain their core competitiveness in the increasingly competitive market and achieve sustainable development is their common aspiration.In this capital game,enterprise which can implement long-term competitive strategy at the teaching and service level can dominate the market.TQ education is the leader of the segment market of professional master’s degree entrance examination.Taking its teaching and service sector as an example,this paper analyzes its problems and causes and puts forward feasible strategy,which can provide theoretical support and feasible measures for others in the industry.This paper focuses on the core problems faced by TQ Education Group,that is the lack of competitive product sequence and then puts forward a targeted competitive strategy plan.According to the analysis of various kinds of data,SWOT,IFE and EFE analysis method are used to match the alternative strategy.After that,the alternative strategy is evaluated by QSPM matrix,and the optimal strategy is selected to implement before the safeguard measures are proposed.The purpose of this paper is to call on entrepreneurs in this industry to take a long-term vision and planning for enhancing their core competitiveness and also make certain contributions to the society.In conclusion,four conclusions could be made.First,competitors faced by TQ education are soaring,rendering TQ’s customer size shrinking.Second,with the expansion of TQ Education Group,its teaching service quality is difficult to maintain the core competitiveness and leader position for a long time.Third,the main reasons behind the homogenization of teaching services include: lack of teaching service professionals,lack of sustainable human resources system,lack of creativity in teaching and service products,etc.Overall,it is lacking in forward-looking competitive strategic planning.Third,TQ education is now in a state of more advantageous than inferior.The strategic alliance under SO is needed in the period when the external opportunities outweigh the threats.Fourth,in order to achieve the strategic goal,TQ education should adopt the use of technology to achieve information management,optimize the teaching management system,build a sustainable team of teachers and teaching assistants,and change marketing methods and so on.This paper,from the strategic point of view,analyzes TQ educational group,focusing on the research of the teaching and service sector,and aims to raise the attention of the whole industry to the teaching service and social responsibility.
