Under the background of the increasingly mature mobile terminal development technology and the continuous growth of the online recruitment market,most traditional recruitment websites have launched corresponding mobile terminal products.Nowadays,many recruitment websites have upgraded the mobile terminal strategy to the core strategic in the next few years.In the past year,the number of users of job recruitment apps has doubled,but at the same time,recruitment apps have also encountered problems such as inconvenient communication,delayed information updates,and leakage of personal information,which have seriously affected user satisfaction with recruitment apps and limited the development of recruitment APP platforms.Therefore,exploring the factors that affect user satisfaction and the degree of influence of different factors will help the recruitment app platform to optimize the design of APP and provide some reference for the development of recruitment app platform.This dissertation conducted an in-depth investigation and research on this issue.First,this dissertation crawled three recruitment app reviews(Students as primary users)in the application market,and performed dictionary-based sentiment analysis on the review text to understand market users ’sentiment tendencies for the recruitment app.Then performed a series of pre-processing on the review text,draw a word cloud image of user reviews,and performed KMeans clustering on words with a large TF-IDF value to explore the feature words and influencing factors that users are more concerned about;At the same time,LDA topic analysis is performed on positive and negative review texts to further refine user satisfaction and dissatisfaction themes and keywords.Secondly,the text analysis results are used to improve and supplement the Chinese customer satisfaction model and others’ research,and to design recruitment APP user satisfaction questionnaires to survey Wuhan’ college students in 2019.Finally,This dissertation explores the use intention of college students in Wuhan through binary logistic regression analysis and the overall satisfaction of Wuhan university students and the degree of the factors through structural equation model.The main conclusions of this article from the above empirical analysis are:(1).First,the student market for recruitment apps is large,but at the same time,college students do not have nough knowledge about recruitment apps;(2).Zhilian recruitment,58 cities,Qiancheng Wuyou and Boss direct employment of these four APPs have a higher utilization rate,but the popularity of 58 city is much lower than the other three;(3).the willingness to use recruitment apps for college students with their majors,work experience and the degree of understanding has a significant positive correlation;(4)the two potential independent variables,convenience and information content,have the largest total effect on user satisfaction,followed by perceived value,stability,caring,and security.
