| Throughout the history of human civilization,female workers have contributed great power to creating and promoting economic and social development.To a certain extent,the level of civil qualities of female employees also determines the level of quality and civilization of a country and a nation;female employees also actively play a role in economic and social development;can the legal rights of female employees be guaranteed What level of protection,the answer to such questions is also an important performance to measure the progress of a country and social civilization.The "Special Provisions on Labor Protection for Female Workers" provides more comprehensive and comprehensive provisions for the new situations and new problems faced by existing female workers in labor protection.From the perspective of human rights,the "Special Provisions on Labor Protection for Female Workers" fully demonstrates that China respects women and protects the rights and interests of female workers,which is in line with the development direction of human rights protection in the international community.From a gender perspective,the "Special Provisions on Labor Protection for Female Workers" highlights the advancement of China’s gender culture and is the primary measure for promoting equality between men and women and respecting women’s rights.Needless to say,this provision is not only a symbol of emancipation of the mind,but also protects women ’ s labor rights,promotes the progress of social civilization,and more importantly,recognizes the status of women in society,which is conducive to real social justice justice.The promulgation of the “Special Regulations on Labor Protection of Female Workers” has aroused heated discussion among the people,and has become the focus of public opinion.Apart from affirming the positive effect of this regulation,more people attach importance to whether they can truly protect women ’s rights Implement it in practice.This paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the protection of female employees’ rights and interests through a specific enterprise case survey.Combined with the way of the questionnaire,the company’s current status and important characteristics of the protection of female employees’ rights and interests were effectively understood,and its problems were analyzed and discussed to understand the reasons for the problems.Finally,the relevant policies and suggestions for protecting women ’slabor rights and interests were discussed,mainly from three aspects: personal society and government.Later,combined with the analysis method of specific cases,it further explained how to protect rights.This article does some tentative practical research on this issue to effectively protect the legal rights of female workers. |
