With the rapid development of industrialization and urbanization, the problem of pneumoconiosis migrant workers has become more and more prominent, resulting in pneumoconiosis migrant workers themselves under various pressures. With the decline in self-cognition and self-efficacy,serious family role problems. The author found that the family role problems of pneumoconiosis migrant workers mainly present the following characteristics: first, psychological support is seriously insufficient, resulting in blurred role recognition;second, family role problems lead to prominent family problems;third, the lack of social support network after illness And the trend of shrinking has caused the problem of family roles to become prominent. In the practical process of intervening in the family role of pneumoconiosis migrant workers,a patient with pneumoconiosis migrant workers in M ??County,Qinghai Province was selected for case intervention. The case study method was used to analyze and analyze the situation of the client after pneumoconiosis diagnosis.According to the assessment,it is clear that the core of the family role problem of the service target is that the social support network is seriously lacking and shrinking after its illness.First, through interviews and participatory observations to assess the client’s personal status and social support network.Secondly, based on role theory, the causes of family role problems of service objects are analyzed from the perspective of cognition, conflict and expectation.Again, the author takes the social support network as a guide, through resource integration and linking, intervenes from the internal internal support network and external support network of the service target, thereby forming a relatively stable social support network, basically solving the family of the service target.Role problem. Finally, the intervention is compared and evaluated by means of back-and-forth testing.During the consolidation period of the social support network, the effectiveness of social worker intervention is demonstrated through review and interviews, thereby evaluating the overall service quality.Through specific practical research, the author draws the following conclusions: First, the existence of pneumoconiosis migrant workers’ family roles is caused by the serious lack of social support networks and shrinkage.Second, the pneumoconiosis migrant workers’ social support network has scarce resources, the relationship and interaction intensity is weak, and the family support network has a tendency to shrink.Third, the reconstruction of the family role of pneumoconiosis migrant workers based on social support network reconstruction has obvious advantages in the effectiveness of intervention. However, this study is a case study with certain characteristics,so the results of this study may not be applicable to all pneumoconiosis migrant workers.
