| Professional visions are the practitioner’s willingness and expectations of the future career development.The Education of Full-time Education Master Students is the highest level of pre-service education for teachers in our country at present,shouldering the important mission of cultivating outstanding teachers and future educators.Their understanding and planning of the future as a teacher directly affects the current learning efforts and the future.The professional development goals of the company are related to the overall situation of training excellent teachers.Grasping the professional vision of the Education Master Students can not only clarify the understanding and attitude of the Master of Education on the future career development status,but also can examine whether its career vision is translated into current efforts,so as to target the education master’s curriculum system and training links based on evidence The improvement of the education promotes the formation of clear and ambitious career visions for the Education Master Students,and transforms the visions into a driving force for current learning and development.Therefore,this study takes the Full-time Education Master Students at D University as the research object,examines the types and characteristics of its career vision,and explores whether and how it is related to learning investment.The purpose of this article is to explore the relationship between the career vision of full-time education masters and learning input.The research object is to take 187full-time education masters from five majors such as D subject teaching language and other professions,and divide the career vision into teaching ability,educating ability and construction The four dimensions of teacher-student relationship ability and development goal orientation;learning input is divided into three aspects: learning time,degree,and content.Among them,learning content is divided into four fields of learning content input according to the four dimensions of career vision.Adopt questionnaire survey and interview method.Mainly explore the following questions: 1.What kind of career vision has the full-time education master formed? 2.What is the current status of full-time education master’s learning investment? 3.What is the relationship between career vision and learning input? The study found:1.The career visions of the Education Master Students have a relatively clear focus and full of expectations for future career development.They pay more attention to the development of the teacher-student relationship and teaching ability,and havenot paid much attention to the visions of educating ability;the visions of the development direction of the students are more oriented to becoming a qualified teacher,followed by expert teachers The visions of becoming an education leader has not yet been formed.2.The Education Master Students are generally more devoted to learning.The average number of students who spend 1-3 or 3-5 hours of extra-curricular learning per day is larger,accounting for 74.2% of the total number.Among them,the first grade and second grade,as well as subject Chinese-English,subject Chinese-chemistry have significant differences in different study time periods;In terms of degree,as the degree deepens,the number of people gradually decreases.Among them,the degree level of the second year of research is significantly higher than that of research one,and the degree of the subject language is significantly higher than that of the subject chemistry;In terms of contents,The most engagement is in teaching ability.Among them,the second grade of research has significantly higher engagement t in teaching ability and education ability than that of research one,the engagement of girls in education is significantly higher than that of boys,and the engagement of subject language in education ability is significantly higher than that of subject chemistry.The engagement in teaching and educating ability is significantly higher than that of subject chemistry.3.The professional visions of the Education Master Students have a certain relevance to their learning engagement,and there are some willingness to work towards its visions,but there are problems of less planning,there is a "fault" between vision and learning engagement. |
