This article discusses the production and planting of agricultural enterprises in the historical context of "dormitory labor regime",trying to explain that under the background of the continuous deepening of the globalization of the production system, the production and planting of agricultural enterprises is constantly "industrialized",showing the production characteristics of modern industrial enterprises. The academic community uses the "dormitory labor regime" to gain insight into the production characteristics of manufacturing enterprises in the Pearl River Delta, and the same dormitory labor regime also appears in a Chinese agricultural enterprise in Laos. The difference is that due to the influence of the Laos Social Cultural embedding, the dormitory labor regime has been transformed into what I call the “family dormitory labor regime”.This article uses the "family dormitory labor regime" as the analysis framework to discuss the labor production process of the S rubber plantation base of the agricultural enterprise. After a trial-and-error recruitment history,S Base finally decided to recruit workers from a very remote province in Laos, and allow all workers to bring their own families.Base S builds concentrated residential areas similar to villages for workers and families. The base uses strict time and task management mechanisms to control the labor of workers and ensure the efficiency of agricultural production. At the same time,in the process of continuous collision with Laos Social Cultural the base decides to "decentralize" and the village chief will conduct daily life on the workers and their families.Effective management. This practice of " Social cultural embedding" not only guarantees stable labor production at the base, but also efficiently provides labor reproduction for the base’s production, even intergenerational reproduction, and effectively guarantees the base will usher in a rubber production cycle of up to 30 years. Therefore,on the one hand, this paper believes that with the "invasion" of industry into agriculture, agriculture is becoming more and more industrialized. The theoretical perspective in industrialized production research is also increasingly suitable for insights into the agricultural production process;on the other hand, agriculture is very different from industry, including the risks caused by factors such as huge climate and markets.Local characteristics of local farmers, direct conflicts with local communitiesthat may result from direct investment in land on which locals depend, and so on.Therefore, compared with industrial production, the investment and production of agricultural enterprises will face more localization problems, that is,the so-called "Social embedding" problem in this article.
