SWOT Analysis Of Talent Training System Of Sports Art Projects In Colleges And Universities Of Henan Province

The sports art project is an emerging sports project that integrates sports and art,and combines fitness,performance,entertainment and other elements.Talent training system is a system composed of several elements to train some excellent talents.In September 2019,the "Outline for the Construction of a Powerful Country for Sports" proposed that the rapid development of sports art projects,people’s increased attention to physical exercise,provided opportunities for the development of sports art projects,and also proposed a talent training system for sports art projects.High-level requirements.At present,colleges and universities,as the main way to train talents in sports and art projects,directly affect the quality of talents training in sports and art projects.Therefore,research on the status quo of talent training systems for sports and art projects in colleges and universities is particularly important.This study used literature data method,expert interview method,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics method,SWOT analysis method and other research methods to investigate and study 9 colleges and universities in Henan Province that carry out sports art projects.Research and analysis of teaching resources,curriculum,and other seven elements related to the talent training system,using SWOT analysis and matrix analysis to analyze the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities,and challenges of the talent training system of sports art projects in colleges and universities in Henan Province,and make recommendations.The conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)Advantages: The training objectives and specifications of talent training system are clear.Three normal universities attach importance to the cultivation of students’ teaching abilities,five comprehensiveuniversities attach importance to the cultivation of students’ comprehensive abilities,and the Zhengzhou University School of Physical Education focuses on the cultivation of students’ professional skills and skills in sports arts.The course structure elements are reasonable.Zhengzhou University,Henan Normal University and other 6 compulsory courses have a high proportion of hours and credits,while elective courses and practical teaching links have a low proportion.(2)Disadvantages: The elements of the talent training system are single and the test content is not comprehensive.Nine colleges and universities sports art projects in Henan Province adopt the form of provincial unified examination.At present,Henan Province is one of the few nationwide organizing examinations by the Provincial Recruitment Office.The examination organization is centralized and rigorous,but the entrance route is single.The three colleges and universities such as Zhengzhou Sias College and the Yellow River Science and Technology College have enrollment quotas,but the number is relatively small.Insufficient teaching resources.Nine colleges and universities in Henan Province all have insufficient teaching resources.Among them,five colleges and universities including Luoyang Normal University and Nanyang Teachers College have weak teachers,and the other four colleges have insufficient teaching resources.(3)Opportunity: Nine colleges and universities in Henan Province used national preferential policies to strengthen the development of various elements of the talent training system.Among them,Zhengzhou Sias College performed the most prominently.The economy of Henan Province is improving rapidly.9universities in Henan Province have increased their education funds and increased their investment in sports art project talent training systems.(4)Challenge: Henan University,Henan Normal University and other 7 universities attach importance to the traditional sports talent training system,and pay less attention to the sports art project talent trainingsystem.The management system is imperfect,and related departments lack coordinated development.The standards of the talent training system of 9 colleges and universities are not uniform,and the connection between society,schools and governments is not perfect.Make corresponding suggestions:(1)Nine colleges and universities in Henan Province have broadened the way of enrolling students of sports art projects,and actively used the introduction of talents introduced by sports art projects;relevant departments of Henan Province have updated the content of the sports unified recruitment examination in a timely manner,and conducted the examination according to social needs Improve and introduce some sports art projects into the content of admission examinations.(2)Increase the emphasis on teaching resources of sports art project talent training systems in 9universities in Henan Province,increase investment in human resources,material resources,funds and other aspects of talent cultivation,and provide a good environment for sports art project talent cultivation.(3)Nine colleges and universities in Henan Province should pay attention to the cultivation system of college sports art projects,so as to achieve a balanced development of college sports project personnel training.Establish a sound management system and standard training system norms,and relevant departments should influence and interact with each other to establish a talent training system.
