| With the improvement of people’s living standard,more and more people pay more attention to health.Physical exercise has become an indispensable behavior,while outdoor sports are restricted by uncontrollable factors such as weather,venue and time.Therefore,gymnasium has become the preferred place for fitness practitioners.As one of the characteristic courses of gymnasium,dynamic bicycle is an important group for members to participate in fitness.In part,the novelty and universality of the form and content of the course are loved by the members.Young women are in the peak period of heavy pressure of study,work and life,which is an important part of social development and shoulders the burden of the future.However,with the acceleration of the rhythm of social life,the social demands for young women are getting higher and higher.The problems that young women are facing are not only from one side,but also from several corners.With the pressure,various physical and mental health problems arise.The physical and mental health of young women should be paid more attention.In this paper,a total of 30 non competitive and amateur young female members who volunteered to participate in the experimental study were selected from the Jianli beauty sports club(Jin Shui Wan store)in the city by means of literature review,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics,logical analysis and experimental method.30 young female members were divided into control group without exercise intervention and 16 week dynamic cycling exercise(three times a week).The experimental group was given 45 minutes at a time.Longitudinal comparison of the changes of body shape,body composition and self-efficacy of the control group and the experimental group before and after the experiment(issuing general self-efficacy scale GSES),and horizontal comparison of the differences between the two groups before and after the experiment.Through data analysis,the effects of dynamic cycling on body shape,body composition and self-efficacy of young women were studied.The experimental results are as follows:(1)After 16 weeks of dynamic bicycle exercise,there were significant differences in body shape indexes between the experimental group and the control group;the arm circumference,arm circumference,waist circumference,thigh circumference,leg circumference and BMI were all reduced,and waist-hip ratio was reduced to the standard range.(2)After 16 weeks of dynamic cycling,the body shape indexes of young female members in the experimental group also changed before and after the experiment,and there was significant difference before and after the experiment.It shows that dynamic cycling can improve human body shape.(3)After 16 weeks of dynamic bicycle exercise,there were significant differences in body fat,muscle mass,percentage of body fat,moisture and protein between young femalemembers in the experimental group and those in the control group.There were no significant differences in body weight,basal metabolic rate,intracellular and extracellular fluids.(4)The body composition of young female members in the experimental group also changed before and after the experiment(body fat,muscle mass,body fat percentage,water,protein),and there were significant differences before and after the experiment.It shows that dynamic cycling can change some indexes of human body composition.(5)After 16 weeks of dynamic cycling,the self-efficacy score of young female members in the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,with significant difference.The number of people in the experimental group ranged from 11 to 20 and 21 to30 was 13,which was 1 more than that in the control group,while the number of people in the control group ranged from 1 to 10 was higher than that in the experimental group.(6)The average self-efficacy of young female members in the experimental group was24.73 before the experiment,and the standard deviation was 3.27.After the experiment,the average value increased to 26.33,and the standard deviation was 4.19.There were significant differences before and after the experiment.It shows that dynamic cycling can improve self-efficacy.The following suggestions are put forward:(1)The government should strengthen the promotion of the idea of national fitness and lifelong sports,speed up the construction of infrastructure,and encourage more young women to participate in physical exercise.We should increase the importance of promoting women’s health and encourage more women to face up to their health.(2)Starting from the standpoint of female members,we should constantly improve fitness facilities,improve service level,introduce characteristic courses and design multi-style bicycle courses to meet the interests and needs of different young female members.Coaches should improve their professional level,attend regular training,keep up with the trend of dynamic bicycle development in time,change their movements and music according to their preferences,and pay attention to the strength and other psychological needs of female members.(3)Exercise reasonably according to their own wishes and needs.Choosing the intensity and time of dynamic cycling exercise should be carried out scientifically and regularly to avoid sports injury and ensure the desired results. |
