Study On Body-Building APP Discipline To The Users

In the era of the popularity of mobile Internet terminals,Body-Building APP,as the data interface of personal image management,has become a network of physical training.Based on the author’s heavy use and participatory observation,this study studies the training mechanism of such applications and the data monitoring behind them to the users by interviewing and analyzing 5 mainstream Body-Building APPs and 15 users.Combined with Foucault’s "discipline" perspective and Baudrillard’s "fashion" perspective,Body-Building APP can be regarded as the consumption place of body image,and its aesthetic discourse itself has discipline nature.First of all,the text network of Body-Building APP is analyzed.From its curriculum products,page design and related products sold in the mall,it is found that Body-Building APP is actually a place for body image consumption.Each of these products seems to exist independently on the surface.In fact,a set of "implied meaning chain" has been formed,in which these products imply each other to generate the manufacturing of user’s consumption desireSecondly,from the perspective of discourse power,we find that Body-Building APP advocates the importance of national sports and medical discourse on health according to the national discourse,and the body fashion discourse under the influence of consumer culture,so as to confirm its authority through these discourse Body-Building APP.At the same time,Body-Building APP has also become a set of discourse system for users.Users will also use the discourse to express or talk about their body image.From the perspective of micro training technology,the design and operation of Body-Building APP in space distribution,body control,time management and other aspects all point to the construction of discourse power in the process of fitness.Thirdly,from the perspective of monitoring,motivation and punishment,Body-Building APP embodies multiple monitoring from other people,self and system big data,and has the body driven logic of panoramic openness.Finally,reflect on the Body-Building APP as the body anxiety spread by the new training technology.In the context of the production and consumption of the body image in the consumer society,reflect on the training system of Body-Building APP.It is not only an auxiliary tool for the production of the body image,but also a direct place for the consumption of the body image.It is not only the monitoring interface of the commercial big data network to the individual,but also the data labor with the body as the media The exchange interface of.It has successfully transformed the user’s fitness behavior into a kind of labor output,and the user has become a cheap,free and even inverted digital labor under the supervision of commercial big data.
