Research On The Construction And Application Of The Evaluation System Of The Performance Ability Of The Excellent Women’s Volleyball Team

In the match,the second pass is just a role of organizing attack when the second pass is too late to pass,but with the continuous development of the concept of offensive volleyball,in modern volleyball match,the second pass is one of the most critical scorers,and plays an important role in the whole match.How to send a more suitable second pass in different games? Only by using scientific methods to evaluate the attack and defense performance of each consecutive second pass can we make a reasonable choice.At present,the research on the evaluation system of volleyball players is more extensive,but the research on the evaluation system of Volleyball’s attack and defense performance in the second pass has not been seen.In view of this,this paper attempts to build a scientific and reasonable evaluation system of excellent women’s volleyball team’s second pass attack and defense performance ability on the basis of previous research,which lays a foundation for coaches to adjust their training focus,and to carry out targeted replacement in the process of competition.In this study,literature,questionnaire and expert interview were used to draft the index,Delphi method was used to optimize the index,and AHP was used to determine the weight of the index,By using video observation and mathematical statistics,this paper makes a case study on the main setter in the top six teams of 2018 women’s Volleyball World Championship and the main setter in the top four teams of2019-2020 China Women’s volleyball Super League.The results are as follows:1."Excellent women’s volleyball team" refers to the women’s volleyball team that can represent the national or provincial team to participate in the major domestic and foreign competitions recognized by the International Volleyball Federation or the National Volleyball Association."Take over the second pass" was originally a role of organizing the attack for the main second pass in the era when the main second pass was too late to pass the ball.In modern volleyball games,take over the second pass is not only a supplement to the second pass,but also an all-round attacker who should fully participate in the attack and defense system.An excellent take over the second pass can not only complete a high-quality attack,but also participate in a variety of tactical attacks."Attack and defense performance ability" refers to the technical and tactical application effect of athletes in training or competition.2.By consulting the literature and visiting the experts and professors in the field of volleyball,analyzing and sorting out the data,the evaluation system of excellent women’s volleyball team’s attack and defense ability of consecutive second pass was constructed.The evaluation system can be more accurate and reasonable evaluation ofexcellent women’s volleyball team’s second pass attack and defense performance ability,which provides a theoretical reference for coaches to adjust their training focus,and in the process of the game targeted replacement.3.The evaluation system of excellent women’s volleyball team’s attack and defense performance is composed of three parts: evaluation index,index weight and evaluation standard.In terms of production method,it can be divided into four steps:Determination of evaluation object and target,determination of evaluation index system,determination of index weight and design of evaluation standard.In content,it includes 2 first level indicators,6 second level indicators,31 third level indicators and the weight value of each indicator.The effectiveness of the evaluation system has been verified by experts,which can be used to objectively evaluate excellent women’s volleyball teams To provide theoretical basis for the performance ability of attack and defense.4.The evaluation standard of the attack and defense performance of the consecutive second pass of the excellent women’s volleyball team is composed of the evaluation standard and the evaluation standard of the grade.By comparing the scores in the evaluation results horizontally,it can clearly get the ranking of each technology of the consecutive second pass team members.From the vertical results,it can be observed that the application effect of different consecutive second pass technology in the group ranking.Grade evaluation results can see the grade of each successive second pass in this group.
