| At present,China has entered an aging society,and the group of the elderly is expanding.The health problems of the elderly have become a hot topic of social concern.The mental health problems of the elderly caused by the long-term negative emotions of tension,anxiety and depression are increasingly prominent.Serious mental health problems will damage the viscera of the elderly,speed up the aging of the elderly,and increase the pressure of the whole society.Therefore,how to use scientific and effective methods to improve the mental health of the elderly is an important topic of social research.Through the research methods of literature,experiment,psychological measurement and mathematical statistics,this paper discusses the influence of eight section brocade and twelve methods of guiding health keeping on the mood of the elderly,and finds out the influence mechanism of eight section brocade and twelve methods of guiding health keeping on the mood of the elderly,so as to guide the elderly to carry out health keeping Qigong more scientifically Baduanjin and fitness Qigong and twelve methods of guiding health keeping exercise can alleviate the mental health level of the elderly.In this paper,60 elderly people were chosen as the experimental subjects,30 male and 30 female;30 exercise Qigong · Baduanjin,15 male and 15 female;30 exercise Qigong · guiding health care,15 male and 15 female.The two groups had 12 weeks of practice respectively,and the experimental conclusions were as follows:(1)The twelve methods of Health Qigong,guiding Health Qigong and Baduanjin can effectively improve the mood of the elderly.The effect of Health Qigong · Baduanjin in improving the mood of the elderly is more obvious than that of the twelve methods of Health Qigong · guided health keeping.(2)There is no gender difference between men and women in improving the mood of the elderly.(3)There are differences between men and women inimproving the mood state of the elderly.The effect of improving the elderly men is better than that of improving the elderly women.(4)The most obvious way to improve the state of mind of the elderly is the tension.(5)The most obvious way to improve the mood of the elderly is depression... |
