From "1516 plan" to "Tokyo climbing plan",the general goal of track and field in China is to consolidate the absolute strength of key projects and strive for a new level.Women’s discus events can be placed,or even medal events.Discus throw from the spot to spin throw,the world record is constantly refreshing.The rationality of discus athletes’ technique determines the quality of their performance to a certain extent.Through the kinematic analysis of the rhythm characteristics,main link speed,Angle characteristics and other aspects of the throwing technology of Chinese female discus throwers,this paper finds out the internal factors that restrict the performance improvement of Chinese female discus throwers,and identifies the key problems that should be solved in the future training of female discus throwers.It provides certain reference for training discus athletes and makes the movement technique more scientific and reasonable.It also provides theoretical basis and reference for discus teaching and training to some extent.In this paper,using the literature material method,test method(mainly for the high-speed photographic method,the three-dimensional kinematics analytic method)and mathematical statistics,to our country outstanding female discus athletes in active service in 2019,the national track and field championships and the grand prix(heilongjiang daqing stand)before eight athletes best video game using high-speed cameras three-dimensional fixed focus,at the same time shooting three-dimensional framework;Then,the "APAS" motion analysis system was used to calibrate the 3d frame,synchronize,intercept and analyze the match video,and finally make statistics and analysis of the original data.The research conclusions are as follows :(1)compared with foreign elite athletes,Chinese athletes’ double support stage has some disadvantages,such as short time,large extension range at knee joint and small tightening range of upper and lower limbs;Before the right foot is off the ground,the upper limb generally moves faster,which makes the residual amplitude of the device small,which is not conducive to the formation of the subsequent accelerated rotation rhythm and shortens the device track.(2)The single support stage has the advantage of short time.However,in this stage,the rotation rhythm is generally poor and the swing of the right leg is small.Some players turn the left shoulder to the throwing direction too early,which causes the deviation of the rotation axis,the equipment moves back,and shortens the track of the subsequent equipment.Some players move forward quickly with the right leg.It is common for the right shoulder to move too much in the direction of throwing,which causes the lower extremity to transcend the instrument to decrease.(3)The flyingtime of Chinese competitors is within the optimal range,and the left lower limb stretches a lot,which is conducive to the rotation in the throwing direction.However,some competitors have a large weight fluctuation,and their speed and moving distance in the water direction are smaller,which speeds up the right foot landing time and shortens the distance of exertion.(4)In the transition stage,Chinese players generally land with their left feet actively and their left feet land close to each other.However,some players have a low incline degree of their upper bodies,which is not conducive to the acceleration of equipment in the exertion stage to some extent.(5)In the final exertion stage,Chinese players generally have poor left lower leg stretching effect,short distance between legs,and early shooting time.In the final shot moment,Chinese players generally have a good shot speed,but the shot Angle and height are slightly lower,and the left shoulder braking difference in the shot moment causes the rotation phenomenon.
