Research On Organization Construction Of Graduate Student Union In Colleges And Universities

In Xi Jinping’s 2019 series of important speeches on universities and education,the spirit of the National Conference on ideological and political work in universities,the reform plan for the Organization of the Student Union,the rules for the work of the university student Congress and the measures for the formulation of the Constitution of the University Student Union,Xi made it clear that the reform of the student union and the graduate student union should be problem-oriented,give full play to the self-supervision,self-service,self-management and self-education effectiveness of the student federations at all levels as well as the graduate student union,so that the Graduate Student Union and the student union can enhance their vitality and stimulate it,to strengthen the cohesion and attraction can serve the students better and more widely,become the communication bridge between the Party and the League,and train the reliable successors who meet the requirements of the development of socialism with Chinese characteristics.With the gradual emphasis on higher education in our country,graduate education has become more and more popular,and the number of graduate students studying in various universities is already equal to the number of undergraduate students,the Graduate Student Union has become an important part of the self-management,self-service and self-supervision of college students.By analyzing the current situation of the organization construction of Graduate Student Union(Organization Structure Construction,organization system construction,organization team construction and organization activity construction),this paper explores the causes of the problems of the organization construction of Graduate Student Union,such as the "bureaucratization" of student cadres,the confusion of organization structure,etc.,and come up with optimization strategies.First of all,this paper attempts to sort out the development history of the Graduate Student Union on the basis of the previous research on the development history of the university student organization and the postgraduate education,combining the requirements of the state and the Federation of Students Policy Texts and the related literature research results,in order to further clarify the development status and construction of graduate student union in different periods,and to explain in detail the orientation,functions and characteristics,and organization construction of Graduate Student Union,clear the basic situation of the Graduate Student Union.Then through the national policy document,the Graduate Student Union related literature as well as the investigation research,takes h university as the example to analyze the university graduate student union organization construction present situation,the question and the question attribution and proposes the countermeasure,finally according to four parts,this paper concludes that the organization construction of Graduate Student Union in colleges and universities needs to optimize the organization construction of Graduate Student Union from the following aspects:Perfecting the organization structure,perfecting the organization system,establishing the full-time team,actively innovating the organization activities and enhancing the attraction of the activities,make it better for the development of postgraduate group play due role in promoting.
