The purpose of this study is to understand the level of junior high school students’ family closeness,gratitude and school sense of belonging.Starting from the factors that affect junior high school students’ school sense of belonging,this study explores the impact of junior high school students’ family closeness and gratitude on school sense of belonging,and the mediating effect of gratitude in the process of junior high school students’ family closeness on school sense of belonging.In this paper,550 junior high school students were selected as subjects by means of questionnaires,including《FACES II-CV》、《GQ-6 》and《School Belonging Scale for Middle School Students》.Utilizing independent sample t test,F test,correlation analysis,establishment of structural equation model and other statistical methods.To explore the relationship and trait among family closeness,gratitude and school belonging of junior high school students,and analyze the influence of family closeness and gratitude on school belonging of junior high school students.The results are as follows:1.The overall family intimacy level of junior high school students is on the middle level,and there is no significant difference in gender.There are significant differences in whether class cadres and grades,and class cadres score higher than non-class cadres,with grade one scoring three highs and grade three scoring higher than grade two.2.The overall gratitude level of junior high school students is on the high middle level,and there is no significant difference in gender.There is a significant difference in whether class cadres score higher than non-class cadres.There is no significant difference in grade.3.Junior high school students’ overall level of school belonging is on the middle level,there is no significant difference in gender,there is a significant difference in whether class cadres,class cadres score higher than non-class cadres;There are significant differences in grade.The higher the grade,the lower the score.4.There is a significant positive correlation between family intimacy,gratitude and school belonging among junior high school students.Family intimacy and gratitude have a positive predictive effect on school belonging.5.Gratitude of junior high school students plays a partial mediating role between family closeness and school belonging.Family closeness of junior high school students can directly predict school belonging of junior high school students and indirectly predict school belonging of junior high school students through the mediating role of gratitude.
