Research On The Application Of Enterprise Penetration Management In Vocational Education Management

In recent years,the market environment has a large demand for secondary vocational students.The state attaches great importance to the development of secondary vocational education.Secondary vocational schools are facing the golden period of their own development,and have achieved considerable development.They have trained a large number of basic skilled personnel for economic and social development.However,with the continuous acceleration of market-oriented reform and industrial structure reform,the original management model of secondary vocational education has not met the new requirements of market-oriented reform,especially the backward management concept and mode of secondary vocational education,the unreasonable connection between education and teaching management and industry,and the imperfect cooperation between schools and enterprises,which restrict secondary vocational education.Health and sustainable development.Through searching and sorting out relevant literature,questionnaires,interviews,etc.,this paper thoroughly and comprehensively understands the current situation of secondary vocational education management,draws lessons from domestic and foreign experience of secondary vocational education management,emphasizes the application value of enterprise infiltration management in secondary vocational education management,and deeply analyses the management of secondary vocational education in school management.The problems existing in the three levels of student management and teacher management and the reasons behind them are introduced into the enterprise infiltration management,and the ways and measures for the management reform of secondary vocational education are explored on the platform of school-enterprise cooperation.This study is divided into three parts.The first part mainly introduces the purpose and significance of the research,the domestic and foreign research review,the theoretical basis of the research,the definition of the concept,the application value of enterprise penetration management in vocational education management and the research design of this study;the second part mainly from the school management,student management,teacher management three levels,in-depth analysis.The third part,aiming at the main problems existing in the management of secondary vocational education,puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the reform of secondary vocational education management by taking school-enterprise cooperation as an important platform for the application of enterprise infiltration management in the management of secondary vocational education.
