Study On The Constraints Of Women’s Football Development In The Campus Of Chengdu General College

In recent years,China’s football reform and development boom,and put forward to develop campus football as a guide,vigorously develop the number of school football,in 2020 to reach 20,000 special football promotion schools in the country as the goal,and in 2025 to 50,000,and the campus women’s football team in the work of school football will have a certain proportion.The five-child education mentioned in the national education is that the moral and intellectual body should run through the basic education,vocational education,higher education in all fields and achieve all-round development,Chengdu to develop the university campus women’s football,in response to the call of campus football,can not be separated from the higher education institutions,as the main position of the docking economic and social development needs and the Livescu people’s education system,should deeply appreciate the new era of talent evaluation,selection and training of the new requirements.In view of this,this paper will analyze in depth the constraints of the development of women’s football on the campus of Chengdu University.This paper studies the current situation of women’s football development on the campus of Chengdu University through field visits,expert interviews,questionnaires,mathematical statistics and other forms.The main structure consists of the following three parts,first of all,to understand the current situation of women’s football development in Chengdu University campus and the satisfaction of female college students with the school girls’ football,and then to find out the gap between the development needs of women’s football on The campus of Chengdu University and the actual development of women’s football in Chengdu University campus,and finally,the problems and breakthrough strategies and innovation paths of the current situation of women’s football development in Chengdu University campus are considered.In order to establish a rational,scientific,integrated and systematic chengdu university campus women’s football development system to provide constructive advice and reasonable strategy,aimed at increasing the number of women’s football in the campus of ordinary colleges and universities,women’s football in China’s ordinary colleges and universities to contribute to the popularization and promotion of women’s football.The main research results are as follows:(1)the female football classroom teaching is widely carried out in the campus of ordinary universities in chengdu,with the football playing and catching technique as the main content,and other football teaching content is less or less,which leads to the imbalance of teaching content and knowledge structure.The coach’s teaching time is limited,and the teaching staff is not balanced in quantity and quality.There is a shortage of experienced football teachers and female football teachers.The allocation of teaching resources is dominated by the men’s football team and supplemented by the women’s football team.Meanwhile,the campus football culture is not strong and the publicity is not good.These problems restrict the development of female students in ordinary universities in chengdu in football classroom teaching.(2)women’s football in common colleges and universities is mainly based on the teaching way of chengdu,training and competition for the promotion of women’s football to carry out and push effect is relatively weak,prominent contradictions between learning and training to carry out the attention degree is not enough,the female college students’ cognition to football,learning interest in football is not high,affected by many aspects is not particularly want to participate in football,with fewer people,which causes the difficulty in women’s football athletes selecting,backup women football players is insufficient,the school women football team is difficult to form,restricts the ordinary university campus of chengdu(3)of women’s training in the colleges and universities,in addition to the individual,most colleges and universities lack of women’s football team,There is almost no intramural league in our school,and the number of intercollegiate women’s football teams participating in the league is very few.Moreover,the publicity,ways,leaders’ attention and fund guarantee of women’s football league in colleges and universities restrict the development of women’s football matches in ordinary colleges and universities in chengdu.In view of the above conclusion this article put forward the following Suggestions:(1)the perfect structure of the teaching content,innovation of teaching design,increase facilities investment,improve the quality of football coach and football teacher quantity,expanding the scope of the outstanding female football teachers,balanced teaching resources,improve the teaching facilities and quantity,publicity of campus football culture,rendering the campus football atmosphere;(2)to resolve the contradiction between learning and training,expand the football population and enrollment,reserve the reserve force of female football players in colleges and universities,solve the shortage of female football players and difficulties in learning and training,and increase logistics support;(3)to raise the importance of school leaders on female football competition in colleges and universities,increase the financial support for the competition,and carry out more female football competitions in colleges and universities,so as to increase the opportunities for women’s football competition and enhance the motivation for women’s football competition;(4)actively respond to national policies and guidelines,vigorously promote the coordinated development of male and female football teams on campus,develop female football teams on campus,and improve the quantity and quality of applying for high-level football in ordinary universities.
