| The training of innovative talents for doctoral students in Guangxi universities requires efforts to form a team of interdisciplinary doctoral tutors.The lack of external learning resources,insufficient incentives and insufficient cross-training talents are the obstacles to the establishment of a cross-disciplinary doctoral tutor team in Guangxi universities.How to break through the obstacles of the system and mechanism and give play to the strengths of all parties to form a team of doctoral tutors with interdisciplinary disciplines is an important task to promote the development of innovative talents in Guangxi universities.This paper uses questionnaires and interviews to investigate the current situation of doctoral tutor teams in colleges and universities in Guangxi.It is found that the learning environment factor is the most relevant to the formation of a disciplinary doctoral tutor team with cross disciplines,followed by the motivation factor and the cross talents factor.The reasons that hinder the formation of a cross-disciplinary doctoral tutor team are as follows: lacking of research platform and cultural atmosphere;inadequate guarantee system in colleges;barriers between disciplines;influence of the concept of mentor training;constraints on the single knowledge background of mentors;and difficulty in dividing scientific research results.Then,using the experience of universities at home and abroad for reference,and using potential science theory to analyze the three-dimensional symmetry factors of learning environment,incentive factors and cross-talent talents,try to build a research platform and cultural atmosphere coordinated symmetry,material incentives and spiritual incentives complementary symmetry,discipline X and discipline Y cross-disciplinary doctoral tutor team builds a model.Specific steps can be taken to organize doctoral tutors of different disciplines across colleges,universities,institutions,and cross-borders;build equipment platforms,knowledge exchange platforms,cooperation exchange platforms,and create common values within the team and externally promote academic freedom.The conceptual approach improves the current learning environment of colleges and universities;from the aspects of improving salary incentives and focusing on meeting the spiritual needs of mentor team members,material incentives and spiritual incentives are achieved.Finally,in order to facilitate the formation of a cross-disciplinary doctoral tutor team,it is necessary to ensure the external system from the cross-disciplinary doctoral tutor team system,the doctoral tutor employment system,the performance evaluation system,and other preferential policies.The formation of a team of interdisciplinary doctoral tutors in Guangxi universities provides solutions to meet the purpose of cultivating innovative talents,and also brings new inspiration to the research and practice in related fields. |
