Mate Or Partner:Functional Positioning Analysis Of Medical Social Work In The Hospital Field

The development trend of medical social work is good for a long time.Its service contents still focus on medical staff,patients and their families,but the focus is still on the patient group.In the research field of medical social work,most scholars prefer to focus on the practical application of medical social work,such as doctor-patient relationship,practical intervention,analysis of the current situation of medical social work,hospice care,voluntary service,etc.,while the analysis of medical social work by theory is relatively less.Based on the introduction of medical social work project field hospital to the research in this paper,in the case method as a research method of this article,through interviews and questionnaires for data collection methods for the involvement of medical social work professional practice for data collection,using the theory of bourdieu field field of medical social workers,hospital administrators and medical workers three interactive game action between the main body of analysis,to explore the function of medical social work in the hospital is positioning by employers or partners.Through analysis,the development of the relationship between medical social work and hospitals can be divided into three stages: the first stage,the initial stage of admission,in which the hospital side occupies more capital and has a higher dominant and controlling power.Medical social workers are only partners and have a pure employment relationship with the hospital.The second stage is fusion adjustment period.Through a series of strategies,medical social work reconstructs its interaction with hospitals and obtains new types of capital,thus beginning to transform itself into a partner of hospitals.The third stage is the mature stage.In the long-term game between medical social work and other subjects in the field,the work content of both sides is permeated with each other,and the relationship foundation is firm.As good partners of the hospital,the two sides form an equal cooperative relationship with the hospital.Finally,it can be concluded that the relationship between medical social work and hospitals is a dynamic one.From the unequal cooperation in the early stage to the equal cooperation in the end,the function of medical social work in hospitals has gradually changed from a pure employee to a cooperative partner.
