| The online game industry has gradually become the leading industry of the online economy,and the online chess and card game industry is an important part of the online game industry.Due to the recent national policies and competitive environment,the online chess and card game industry faces difficulties.Taking TRY company’s network chess and card game products as research sample,aiming at the problems of weak competitiveness and weak competitive edge,the design and implementation of differentiation mode of network chess and card game products are studied,this thesis hopes to seek countermeasures for the development of online chess and card game industry.Under the general background of the online game industry,the thesis makes research on the current situation of the online chess and card game industry.Firstly,according to the basic situation of TRY Company,the products are projected into the entire online chess and card game industry for competition analysis,and then the macro environment of TRY Company’s products is analyzed,and the objective conclusion of severe competition situation and serious product homogeneity is drawn on.Next,the design objectives and principles of the product differentiation mode are determined,and the right differentiation mode for the products of TRY Company is designed.The product target market differentiation,product design differentiation and product promotion differentiation are organically combined to establish a system framework of the product differentiation mode.After completing the design of the product differentiation mode of TRY Company,the feasibility of the product differentiation mode is discussed according to the advantages and opportunities of the network chess and card game of TRY Company.Finally,through the analysis of the disadvantages and threats of TRY Company’s online game of chess and card,the thesis finds the bottlenecks of TRY Company’s implementation of product differentiation mode,and then puts forward detailed suggestions to solve the problems according to the causes of these bottlenecks. |
