| In recent years,in order to implement the concept of "Internet + education" and promote the transformation of management and service mode in Colleges and universities,in the process of building smart campus,colleges and universities have built one stop business platform covering the centralized operation of campus business,and implemented "run up to one time" service.The premise of pushing one-stop service in Colleges and universities is to break the original information ecology of universities and sort out the existing business processes.In management,it is necessary to realize the redistribution of existing management functions in universities,to achieve business process optimization and standardization in the system,to achieve data sharing and security in technology,and to build standardized business processes suitable for one-stop service under the smart campus environment.The survey found that one-stop business processes exist in Universities: lack of unified planning and overall design,operation management and follow-up optimization and follow-up are not timely.The lack of the overall evolution technology route of rolling development has affected the quality of business process optimization and the application of one-stop service.In order to solve the problems in one-stop service in Colleges and universities,the core elements of business process design in Colleges and universities are determined,and the basic methods and implementation steps of business process design are set up to provide a reference standard for the one-stop business process design.First,it analyzes the research results of the process design at home and abroad and the current one-stop business design method.Then,it analyzes the construction background of one-stop business service in Colleges and universities from the measures of promoting one-stop service and the technical framework adopted by colleges and universities,and conducts questionnaire surveys and interviews with three university teachers.Next,using PDCA theory and bpmn2.0 standard,This paper puts forward the design points of the functional layer and technical level of one-stop business service system in Colleges and universities,designs a design model of one-stop business process in Colleges and universities.Finally,it adopts expert consultation method to scientifically modify the model,and designs a one-stop business process design model in a university with a small range trial based on the example of a one-stop business process design in a university.Through expert consultation and empirical research,this paper puts forward three core business processes,including process management,data management and business management,including one-stop business process models,including 20 steps,including demand analysis,model design,process optimization,process execution and business docking.After a trial test in a university,it is found that the model can better regulate the contents of the process design,and the following are the following 20 aspects.Improve the efficiency of process design.Finally,the paper summarizes the research process,analyzes the reasons for the limitation of the design cycle and scope,and the limitation of the trial scope,and puts forward the future development direction of the intelligent one-stop campus service. |
