Teacher-student interaction is the interpersonal interaction between teachers and students in teaching activities.A large number of studies have shown that high-quality teacher-student interaction can promote the development of students.At the same time,teacher-student interaction is also one of the important factors affecting the quality of special education.In recent years,the state has promulgated a series of relevant policies on special education,requiring teachers to pay more attention to high-quality teacher-student interaction,give play to students’ autonomy,and constantly improve their professional ability.It shows that the state attaches more and more importance to special education and its teaching quality.However,with the continuous increase of the types of special education teaching objects,the differences between special students and the imbalance within the individuals all bring new challenges to the teaching activities of special education teachers.In addition,due to various reasons,there are a lot of inefficient or even ineffective situations in the teaching process of special education teachers,and the teacher-student interaction becomes a kind of passive static interaction,which leads to the need to further improve the quality of special education.Teacher-student interaction is an important factor in the teaching process,how to improve the quality of teacher-student interaction in the teaching process of special education,this issue has been widely concerned.Teachers play a leading role in the process of teaching.As the organizer and guide of teaching,teachers have an important role in restricting the implicit factors such as belief and concept of teacher-student interaction.Therefore,this research from the perspective of special education teachers "ontology",to study teachers’ minds about the quality,the ideal "interaction between teachers and students" characteristics,so as to promote special-education teacher to build an ideal about high quality characteristics of interaction between teachers and students cognitive structure,in order to improve special education teachers’ professional ability,improve special education teaching quality of education,rich field of special education related research.This study applies the method of implicit view of research on special education teachers,the main research method of implicit view has two stages,the first phase is the preliminary investigation stage,the use of free association lexical investigating the frontline special education teachers,require special education teachers according to their own understanding,lists the relevant characteristics of the high quality interaction between teachers and students of special education teaching activitiesrelated words and phrases.Then,55 high frequency words with frequency above 10 were selected from the associative words after the content analysis and frequency statistics of the collected associative words were conducted.In the second stage of formal investigation,55 high frequency words from the pre-investigation stage were used to form questionnaires according to random arrangement,and different special education teachers were investigated.Besides,statistical analysis methods such as project analysis and exploratory factor analysis were used to analyze the effective questionnaires recovered,among which the reliability and validity were good.The results show that in the subjective view of teachers engaged in special education,the characteristics of high quality teacher-student interaction include three dimensions: high educational sensitivity,giving play to students’ subjectivity,and scientific teaching arrangement.The research found that the special education teachers did not carry out the three dimensional characteristics from the action.Based on the analysis of the research results,it is concluded that to improve the sensitivity of teachers from the perspective of action,it is necessary to improve the professional quality of teachers.In order to improve the interaction between teachers and students,we should pay attention to students’ subjectivity.In order to improve the quality of teacher-student interaction from the perspective of action,scientific arrangement of teaching activities and other relevant Suggestions are needed,so as to improve the professional quality of special education teachers,highlight the effect of teacher-student interaction,and promote the quality of special education,so as to better stimulate the development of special students’ abilities in defect compensation,body and mind.
