Education is the foundation of a country,and normal education is the head of education.After the Opium War,with the introduction of advanced ideas such as equality between men and women in the West and freedom and fraternity,some people of insight gradually realized the importance of women’s teacher education.During the period of the Republic of China,Shanxi became a model province of education,and its female teacher education also flourished.This article focuses on six women’s teachers ’colleges in Shanxi Province,and analyzes the reasons for its development in terms of the special geographic location of the Shuilishan River,the support of Yan Xishan,and the support of Shanxi’s gentry;Established a systematic analysis of six women’s teachers ’colleges in terms of school history,school organization,educational system and curriculum,faculty and students,funding and equipment,and moral education for students to explore their specific historical development profiles On the basis of understanding its development profile,explore the interaction between the six women’s teachers’ colleges in Shanxi Province and Shanxi society,including the impact on the development of early childhood and primary education,the patriotic movement of students,and the promotion of women’s consciousness in Shanxi;The article ends with the development of six women’s teachers colleges in Shanxi Province as a blueprint,and analyzes its inspiration and reference significance for the positioning and development of contemporary teachers colleges and female teachers’ college students.
