| At the thought of socialism with Chinese characteristics and Xi Jinping new era sports thought for,conscientiously implement the general administration of sports spirit of "notice",the Chinese basketball association launched coaches job training series of guidance documents,and to speed up the small basketball promotion,popularization of speed to follow the pace of the market fast development,the basic practical training ability of coaches,coach directly about the level of competition the development of young children’s basketball level.China basketball association and student sports association of the ministry of education jointly carry out the selection and authorization work of D and E level coach training institutions,so as to improve the training capacity of authorized institutions,standardize the industry access mechanism,and enhance the output efficiency of high-level coaches.Based on the existing 22 access authority to carry out the training work survey,using a variety of research methods combined with plans to build a D and E coaches training standardization mode,set up an authority to carry out the training work of reference system,as the authorized institutions to cultivate excellent coaches at the grass-roots level to provide theoretical basis and application basis,the Chinese basketball association authorized training institutions to provide the reality basis and innovative Suggestions.Based on the reading of relevant literature,make the outline of background interview,analyze the reality of coach training carried out by authorized institutions,use the expert interview method,expert survey method,mathematical statistics method,and adopt Delphi method to revise the collected contents of various elements and conclude the following conclusions:1.Based on the principle of long-term orderly development,dynamic development,systematization and operability,the Chinese basketball association has reclassified China’s basketball coaches into five grades of A,B,C,D and E,and authorized 22 D and E level trainings,which have been carried out in A short time and developed rapidly.Each authorized organization mainly adopts the centralized teaching mode to carry out the course activities,the teaching content is partial to the practice demonstration class,the examination method has the closed book examination and the practice test.2.The main factors affecting the training quality of authorized institutions include: short training time,different levels of trainees,uneven teaching group level,less and irregular resources of lecturers,higher teaching content than the receiving range of training objects,and lack of mutual exchange and learning among authorized institutions.3.The standard of on-the-job training for coaches of the E levels of the Chinese basketball association includes 8 major contents,including the selection standards of authorized institutions,registration application for training courses,registration details of trainees,training objects,training teachers,training system,assessment and certification,training supervision and management.4.To explore and determine the standard of job training for E coaches of CBA,which is scientific and reliable,and can provide theoretical reference and strong support for more training institutions authorized by CBA and the improvement of training capacity of authorized institutions. |
