From the description of the republic of kazakhstan basketball reserve personnel training system,there exist the disadvantages of present situation of the republic of kazakhstan basketball reserve talented person raise reform put forward reasonable Suggestions and countermeasures,and basketball in the basketball sports reserve talented person in the developed countries for reference of good aspects,so as to realize the sustainable development of basketball movement of the republic of kazakhstan to provide the reference value.Through the literature material law,questionnaire investigation,comparative analysis,etc.,in almaty effective questionnaire 308 athletes,coaches 30 effective questionnaire,and integrate the data and analysis,summary and the republic of kazakhstan basketball sports reserve talent development present situation,find out problems,and refer to the rest of the world basketball reserve talented person system development experience,summed up the more as possible system which accords with the situation of the republic of kazakhstan,promote the development of basketball sports scores between the two sides.In order to deepen the reform of basketball in the republic of kazakhstan,improve the way of training reserve talents,promote the development and improvement of the new sports system,and contribute to the construction of a harmonious society between China and the republic of kazakhstan.The research conclusions are as follows: 1.There are three types of training modes for kazakhstan youth basketball reserve talents: campus sports,reserve talent base training mode,and youth club training mode.2.There are three talent training systems in kazakhstan: sports system,education system and social system.There are differences between the three systems.3.In terms of the management system,due to the unclear division of functions and the differences in training objectives,the personnel training system and the competition system of each system are in a closed state,which is not conducive to the development of the sports reform.4.The management system is not perfect,the competition mechanism is not scientific and the allocation of resources is not reasonable,and the new multi-culture model is theoretically constructed.The research Suggestions are as follows: 1.The government and relevant leaders should pay more attention to the investment of manpower,material resources and financial resources in the education system and the social system,and formulate corresponding preferential policies to promote the cultivation of reserve talents for junior basketball.2.Strengthen the investment in infrastructure and the development of financial support channels,and create a talent training structure that takes the education system as the main line and combines the sports system with the social system.3.In terms of the management system,an organizational structure with unified objectives,clear structure and clear division of labor should be established,and a smooth cooperation mode of personnel training mechanism should be established in terms of the training system.4.Strengthen the communication among human resources,material resources and financial resources,and establish a joint basketball reserve talent training mode with smooth talent training process and reasonable and efficient resource allocation.
