| With the rapid development of the Chinese College Basketball League(CUBA),a small number of colleges and universities have hired retired professional basketball players as team coaches.Through the official website of the Chinese College Students Sports Association,it is found that the teams coached by retired professional basketball players are ranked first in the competition,and in recent years,many outstanding college basketball players have been sent to the higher level CBA league.It can be seen that it is more beneficial to promote the development of CUBA league and the cultivation of college basketball talents by retired professional basketball players as college coaches.Retired professional basketball In the process of transformation of CUBA coaches,in the process of ideological accomplishment,theoretical knowledge level,comprehensive knowledge structure,scientific research and innovation ability,management ability and other professional abilities are directly related to the improvement of the whole team’s sports performance and the cultivation of excellent athletes,so it is very important to improve the professional ability of retired basketball coaches.This paper studies the composition of the professional ability index of the coach in transition by means of literature,questionnaire,expert interview,mathematical statistics and so on.Through the self-evaluation and his evaluation,this paper analyzes the various ability indexes of the coach in transition,and explores the influencing factors that restrict the professional ability improvement of the coach in transition from different angles,so as to put forward the corresponding development countermeasures for the professional ability improvement of the coach in transition.The findings are as follows:1.According to the selection statistics of the head coach and assistant coach of each team in the 2019 National College Student League Handbook,18 coaches have professional experience,both national male Basketball and CBA 、 NBL retired athletes.2.Professional basketball players are transformed into CUBA coaches,and their professional ability should be evaluated according to five first-level indicators,which involve competition organization,team management,scientific training and so on.29second-level indicators are set up under the first-level index,including scientific arrangement training load,team management,pre-competition analytical and decision-making skills,training means innovation ability,professional theoretical knowledge mastery ability and scientific research ability.3.Through the investigation and analysis of the professional ability of the transition coaches,the overall professional ability of the transition coaches has maintained a good situation.Among the five first-level indicators,the highest score is the scientific training ability,followed by three indicators: competition command ability,organizational management ability,scientific research and knowledge improvement ability,and the lowest score is cognitive and innovation ability.4.This study,in order to make a more objective and fair evaluation of the professional ability of the coaches in the transition CUBA of retired athletes,self-assessment and other evaluation methods are used to analyze the results of these two evaluation,coaches and players in the competition command ability this index is basically consistent,while the other four indicators have obvious differences.At the same time,coaches improve the knowledge structure and scientific research ability,management ability of these two indicators score lower.5.Through investigation,analysis and inquiry,5.know that many factors will have an impact on the improvement of the professional ability of the transformed coaches,mainly: the professional basketball players transform CUBA the coaches’ personal teaching accomplishment construction is insufficient,the professional basketball players transform CUBA the coaches’ full-time degree is low,the professional theory knowledge structure is not perfect,the training system for the transformed coaches is not systematic and perfect,and the economic income level of the transformed coaches is low.6.transition coaches should fully realize that the promotion of professional ability is urgent and necessary,establish the consciousness of the overall development of professional ability structure,and set up the development concept of combining theory with practice.Colleges and universities should pay attention to and enhance the full-time of the transition coaches,strengthen the management ability of the transition coaches,carry out scientific and systematic training for the transition coaches,and perfect the reward system of the transition coaches. |
